You did a great job on our bathroom. It was a very clean and professional job. We enjoyed working with you and your crew, especially Chris and Nick. Your assistance in helping us create the bathroom that best captured our ideas and our 10x12 space, using current materials and styles, is so appreciated. Your use of porcelain panels, dark gray quartz and spacious cabinets created a stunning modern bathroom. I know Paula really appreciated the make-up vanity using the large framed LED mirrors. We need to have our Master Bath remodeled, after 5 estimates we decided to go with Forest Hill. We worked the whole time with Travis, he was very helpful and extremely responsive. Our work started at the very beginning of the Covid-19 close, making the project that much more difficult, one would think. But Travis kept all it going, the people that came in were very respectful and they were spaced out so that the workers would feel safe as well as us. the project is perfect and just to add, even now that the project is complete and fulled paid Travis continues to be response, we are waiting for a replacement screen for the new window and every time I email him I receive the answer very quickly. Travis is still keeping us in the loop. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience working with Forest Hill Kitchen and Bath. We had a 19 yr old bathroom with a big soaker tub, and we replaced it with a bigger beautiful shower and vanity area. We were very pleased with how beautiful it turned out. Travis perfectly coordinated all the many different tradesman needed and he always kept us updated on who was coming and when. Having a constant stream of strange men walking through your house and bedroom is a weird thing to experience, but every single one of them were polite, friendly, professional and extremely neat. They all cleaned up after they were done and kept the work area clean. The drywall man replaced all the drywall in our bathroom with cathedral ceilings and there was NO dust what so ever....we were amazed. His punch out man, Larry , came in at the the end and fixed any little things that were not quite perfect. Travis was excellent to work with. If we had any concerns, questions or requests he did not hesitate to quickly address them in a respectful manner. He was always available, whether by text or calling. They were all genuinely nice people. We would most definitely use them again and we will recommend them to friends and family.

We have lived in six homes over the past 30 years and have never attempted to have anything renovated. Our kitchen at our current (& hopefully final) home was nice, common builder-grade and functional, but nothing great and we had ideas of some things we wanted. We contacted 4 companies, and Forest Hill Kitchen & Bath was hands-down the winner; on all fronts. From responding to initial contact and communication during the renovation, working with our ideas, giving us design options and maintaining a budget; to having a crew that was efficient, clean, trustworthy with an exceptional work ethic. Evva was our designer and held our hand through every step. She was patient, a great listener when we explained “our vision” of our perfect kitchen, and resourceful. Her coordination efforts and eye for detail were flawless. We could not have asked for a better first experience! We have since used Forest Hill Kitchen & Bath for some tile needs that were not available from anyone else in the area. We will continue to look to FHK&B first for any future renovation projects. As a general contractor who has worked on numerous kitchen and bath projects finding a good supplier is hard to do. I have worked with many companies, hands down Forest Hill Kitchen and Bath is the most professional, thorough and timely. Travis and Kip have been in the business many years, they will do whatever it takes to make the remodeling process as seamless as possible for both the customer and contractor. I had such a fun, amazing experience today working with Travis from Forest Hill Kitchen and Bath. He is extremely knowledgeble, creative, and his passion for his work in undeniable. He was totally on my wavelength. He was able to couple what I liked with what my husband liked and bring it all together with a backsplash that is unique and custom. He had no problems pulling out every color glass tile he had for us to come up with a good mix that would pull from our countertops. Not only did he have the patience he actually enjoyed working with the colors to help us come up with the best result. He asked all the right questions. We really enjoyed our experience and Left feeling accomplished and excited. He treated our children wonderful and can make a great cup of coffee. It was a pleasure.
