We worked with 4th Ave Design Group, specifically Karen Chanan, regarding several large projects in our home. Karen was extremely helpful and patient with us during every step of the process. She offered up great ideas and made layout suggestions that we hadn’t considered. She has a great network of resources; she was quick to find solutions to any issue that arose and was available anytime we had questions. We would certainly work with Karen and 4th Ave Design Group again in the future and recommend them to friends.

Karen did an excellent job. She brought to life our vision for our condo. We get a lot of compliments on the renovation/remodel. She listened to our ideas but offered direction when needed. She is friendly and professional. The contractors were also very good at their jobs. The work was done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this company and this designer.

Leslie and her team are professional every step of the way, engaging vigorously (yet without pressure) throughout the process of spatial reimagination, material selection, and construction planning. This team sincerely takes the time to understand a client's vision, and in our case, exceeding our high expectations upon completion. One of us works for a large, national general contractor - and we were impressed with the timeliness, quality, and attention we received from Fourth Ave. We were not going to be easily impressed with whoever did this project, but Fourth Ave proved us wrong. For reference, the project as a ~1,500+ square foot complete gut, re-design, and renovation of a basement, including a completely new wet bar, media, and recreation area designed and built by Fourth Ave, a full bathroom upgrade in the basement, and a mudroom / powder room upgrade one level up. We shopped around - and no one provided the level of care, attention, and value we received from Leslie and Fourth Ave. They will be the best investment you make in your upcoming home project, hands down.

Remodeling my bathroom and laundry room was easy with Jennifer. She helped me design the best floor plan for me. I was in awe. Together we picked out the cabinets, tile, grout, mirrors, light and bathroom fixtures. I could have never put this together by myself. She took care of all the contractors, scheduling, ordering and delivery times. It all worked like a well oiled machine. She is amazing.

We recently completed our main bath reno designed by Karen from Fourth Avenue Design Group. It's absolutely gorgeous. Karen listened to our likes and dislikes, style preferences and challenges with the old bathroom and designed a beautiful and functional bathroom with so much storage! The GC she worked with was very fast and tidy, and did excellent work. Karen was there every step of the way answering questions, troubleshooting the little things that inevitably comes up, and checking on progress. We're looking forward to working with her again when we're ready for our next project.
