I am so thrilled to have had Jam design and and oversee construction of my kitchen. As my first kitchen construction project, I was quite nervous and took a lot of time to make a final decision about which cabinet vendor to work with. The end result is perfect. All measurements were precise and Jam guided me on the many details that made the final look so impressive! Pyram cabinets provided so much extra space (wonderful design) and the quality of the hardware (mechanics of opening corner cabinets, etc.) is really amazing. I cannot say enough about how proud I am about my beautiful new kitchen.

It's been an absolute pleasure to work with French Cabinetry from the beginning to the end... First class quality products, choice of material, selection and hardware. The 3D previews of their kitchens are extremely helpful when it comes to visualizing, choosing colors, and selecting shapes and finishes. Their availability to answer your questions, before, during- and after the project was astounding. They gave us fantastic recommendations to other companies to work with during the project. Don't be afraid of the shipping time, construction always takes longer than you expect, if you think that you will be waiting for your cabinets, actually the cabinets will be waiting for you to be ready!!! Let me start by saying that we cannot be more happy with our kitchen. This is a center piece in the design of our house with critical renderings requiring high skills and precision. Jam far exceeded our expectations. Our experience has been positive from beginning to end. Jam was involved in all aspects of our project from design to installation. He is very professional, reliable, honest, and works tirelessly until he completes the project to everyone’s satisfaction, including his. He cared about every detail of our project and never took any shortcuts. During my remodeling I learned a lot about European cabinets and their installation. One BIG learning has been that designing and installing modern European cabinets is difficult. It requires perfect planning in advance, the right tools, and a good hand. If you want your European cabinets to look amazing like in the catalog (straight lines, flush surfaces, fancy lighting) Jam is THE guy to do it. I had Jam install a set of European cabinets in my kitchen. The installation included built-in appliances and integrated custom lights. Jam was super professional throughout the whole job. He provided a precise quote, a timeline and performed the job perfectly, with maximum care of details. This is something very rare nowadays in Bay Area. Working with him was a pleasure and my new kitchen looks simply amazing! In my experience with European cabinets, it is crucial to have the same team design, procure, and install the cabinets and the integrated appliances. I’ve been working as a General Contractor for over 15 years and in those 15 years I have never worked with someone as dedicated and professional as Jam Iksoulene. Jam went above and beyond in helping my team understand the installation process of the cabinets we purchased. He was on site at all times and directed my team in the right direction. The few times Jam wasn’t around, we were able to reach him by phone and he was always prepared to show up at the job site to assist. We were also able to ask questions and get the appropriate response from him in a timely manner. The thing I was most impressed with about Jam is that he is very knowledgeable in what he does. He showed up with a binder that detailed the cabinet project down to the very last detail, which was something I had not seen before. He had all the contact information listed for everyone working on the job. This made it very easy to know who was working on what and how to contact the individuals responsible for each part of the project. Also enclosed in the binder were installation and technical plans for the cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. I was very impressed with the level of organization involved. I will go as far as to call him “Jam the Master Guru” because he seemed to have an answer for every question we had and provided a solution for the few questions we encountered. I can not offer enough praise to the work detail and professionalism that Jam provides. He is definitely the individual for the project if you are looking for cabinets for your home or office.

They remodeled my kitchen with always-excellent design ideas, professionalism, and efficiency. They also ensured that my appliances were installed correctly by the appliance manufacturer. What a delight it was to work with Pyram Kitchens! We've researched the kitchen cabinetry in the Bay Area extensively, and sought several quotes. We were very surprised to find that not only Pyram was very competitively priced, but also that the product was superior in finish, manufacturing and supplemental details included in the project. Jam Iksoulene, who designed and installed the cabinets, went above and beyond in all aspects. He worked with the manufacturer when changes in cabinet sizes were needed, coordinated a lot of work onsite, including correction of the appliance installation and worked seamlessly with our stone fabricator. The result is the kitchen of our dreams. When you have a huge complicated home remodel project like ours, you need people like Jam on your team.

My husband and I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Pyram French cabinets. It is the third kitchen remodel I have done, and thanks to Jam Iksoulene, it was far and away the best overall remodeling experience I have had. Jam surpassed my expectations on every level. On my first scheduled visit to his showroom, I was welcomed with freshly baked croissants and coffee, and left with a gift bag. These small touches set the stage for the experience to come. Throughout the entire process, from design through installation, our needs as a client were always a priority. We also appreciated that there was never any pressure to select higher-price finishes, options, or “upgrades”—our desires and choices were always understood and respected. We were pleased to discover that, in addition to sales and design, Jam has had years of hands-on experience installing kitchen cabinets and appliances. (Apparently that’s standard practice in Europe!) That expertise was evident throughout the job. He impressed our general contractor with his knowledge, skills and willingness to work as a team to get the job done. Whenever questions arose, Jam helped to bring about an acceptable solution in which everyone felt listened to and satisfied. On more than one occasion, he came up with a solution that was more efficient and elegant than the original plan. The contractor was particularly wowed by the notebook Jam provided at the start of the job, which included 3D renderings, detailed plans, technical drawings, and spec sheets for each of the appliances. Remodeling always involves a certain degree of stress, but working with Jam helped to reduce that stress significantly. He made things fun! His customer-focused approach, with exquisite attention to detail and strong work ethic, combined with his wide expertise and affable personality, are true gifts. What made the experience even better was the Pyram cabinetry products themselves. The quality of the materials, design, and workmanship is superb. There is a wide variety of cabinet styles and details to choose from, and I’ve never seen such an extensive choice of finish materials, styles, and colors anywhere else. We have a square kitchen layout, so we were especially pleased with the range of options for corner cabinets, all of which make amazingly efficient use of a space that’s often wasted. The cabinets all arrived from France pre-assembled, in impeccable condition--and on time! And when the inevitable minor glitches came up, Jam had the ability to make the necessary adjustments quickly and efficiently, in order to ensure that everything fit and worked precisely as designed. And…I LOVE MY KITCHEN! Jam Iksoulene and Pyram definitely provided a five-star experience for our kitchen remodel. I have recommended him to friends and would highly recommend him and his company to anyone.

I rarely write reviews but always read reviews before choosing or buying things. So I decided this time to share my experience with our kitchen remodel given how ecstatic both my husband and I are of the results. We asked two kitchen designers to come to our recently purchased home in order to change our kitchen. Neither of them actually came with ideas that would truly improve both the functionality and the esthetic of the room. We were thoroughly disappointed until friends of ours recommended Jam Iksoulene to us. Jam responded to our inquiry promptly and agreed to come to our house the following Sunday. My husband travels a lot and that was the only day we could all meet. Right off the bat, we were impressed by Jam’s willingness to accommodate our schedule. Jam spent almost two hours looking at the room, thinking, measuring and listening to our wishes. It was clear that compared to the previous designers, he was extremely conscientious and thorough. The design he created for our kitchen blew us away. It not only changed the entire flow of the room by making it much better but also nailed what we were seeking in terms of style. I have attached before and after pictures. Jam helped us with colors. Neither my husband nor I are visual and we were very uncertain and indecisive regarding color cabinets and countertop. Jam went above and beyond for us, giving us samples and even accompanying us to Cosentino to ensure that the cabinet color would work with the dekton we had chosen. Jam gained our complete trust. He always answered our numerous questions promptly and professionally. His inside out knowledge of Pyram kitchen made his install perfect. His expertise as both designer and installer make Jam Iksoulene someone we highly recommend without hesitation to anyone interested in transforming his/her kitchen with a modern French flair.
