Susanah G. the designer is great! She assumed the job for remodeling my kitchen and helped to describe, explain and design our Cambria Galloway countertops and employed her contractor Palomar to do the job. They did a great job fabricating and installing our countertops. They helped us problem solve and came up with workable solutions to a few of our snags in the process and we were so happy with their solutions and their customer service. They installed a bracket under our counters to brace it since we extended the shelf twelve inches over. They did a beautiful 1/2 ogee edge with a curved convex shape on our island. We can't wait to save money and employ them to do our master bath remodel.

I have worked with Gaia on many occasions remodeling projects they have designed. Susannah and Dana are exceedingly nice to work with. They make my life as a contractor easy by allowing me to focus on the things I need to, while they take care of the design parts of the project. They are excellent at communicating with myself and the customer, and are patient and helpful about any questions or changes to the project. Aside from that their designs are beautiful and are some of the nicest photos I've been able to add to my own portfolio. Hopefully I'll continue working with them for years to come.

Gaia Kitchen & bath worked with me to remodel my master bath and a powder room. Susan was able to understand my tastes and come up with a design that made both me and my husband happy! She made the selection process easy with a combination of meetings at her studio and at the tile/granite show room. Susan provided me with options based on my taste and I was able to quickly select final materials. Our new master bath is so much more usable than the old design. The cabinets are well designed for various activities and storage needs. The materials are beautiful and the layout is functional and attractive. The powder room design is fun and functional. Just the other day a neighbor complemented the tile, sink and hardware in this bath! Susan picked colors that met my relatively conservative view but had a pop of color that is great. Beyond design, Susan worked well with the contractor we hired to do the job. She was available to answer their questions and made sure materials were available when needed. All went smooth. I would definitely recommend Gaia for your next kitchen or bath remodel. The location in convenient with easy parking.

My husband and I have been wanting to remodel our guest bathroom for over a year now. Every time we'd go into the various tile stores, bath fixture stores we'd come out feeling overwhelmed by the oh-so-many choices. We decided to turn this project over to a designer and were very fortunate to find Susannah of Gaia Kitchen and Bath. She came to our home, saw the small area and shared some ideas with us. I mentioned I'd like a walk-in shower with a pony wall and a beach theme and she took it from there! She drew up the plans and we met in her office. I immediately loved her choices of tile flooring, shower tiles and stones in the shower floor and niches. Everything complemented each other beautifully. She offered suggestions and options on fixtures, lighting and cabinetry and would follow through with ordering our choices. She made it so easy! Our contractor was Susannah's recommendation. We did a substantial remodel of our 1950's home, and specifically hired Susannah to consult on the redesign of the kitchen. The team at Gaia was very professional and reliable to work with. Most importantly, I think that Susannah has a very sharp eye for aesthetics, and helped us achieve a design that is both beautiful and functional. She really took the time to understand our needs in the kitchen, and then came up with several super creative ideas that we then implemented in the design. We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and more than a year out we regularly get compliments on the kitchen. Most importantly to me, the kitchen is now exceedingly efficient and pleasant to be in.

I used Gaia to remodel 3 bathrooms in my home. I found Susannah to be extremely honest, trustworthy, prompt, creative, fair, and accurate when it came to design, selection, shopping, recommendations, and providing solutions to "last minute" surprises, which all projects encounter. After having had a horrible experience with a former decorator, it took me awhile to trust another, and I found Susannah was the best person I could possibly have worked with. At the very tail end of the project, Donna was also working at Gaia, and she, as well, I found to be thorough, reliable, and attentive to the smallest detail. Susannah had to create a number of creative design solutions to my master bath, and when I didn't have an idea of how to create what I wanted, I knew she could propose things that I liked, and we loved the result to this day.
