We gutted a 30+ year old master bath and added a master walk in closet in our remodeling project. From the time I met with Leah, the designer, I knew that our experience with Home Design Center would be great!. Leah listened carefully to what I wanted and her plans were exactly as I had envisioned the rooms. The quality of work that was done on our project from start to finish was fantastic. No remodeling project is easy but our was exceptional regarding quality of workmanship and the design aspect.

Granite 4 Less

This general contractor is very unorganized, they seem to make promises to their clients and then pressure their subs with unreasonable demands as to timing to complete jobs, many times subs are called in to perform work without the a rep from this company visually verifying work was completed by the other subs...a continuous re-schedule issue. We chose to stop working with this company

This is a malicious swipe at our organization by an unlicensed, uninsured unqualified former subcontractor. This granite fabricator represented when first hired nine months ago that they had workman's compensation insurance as provided by Tennessee State law. After months of asking for a certificate, which they stated was forthcoming, we were finally informed that they in fact did NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED INSURANCE LEAVING US TO PAY OVER $ 8,000 TO INSURE THEM ON OUR POLICY. We offset a portion of this obligation with an outstanding invoice that covered a fraction of this obligation and currently are proceeding with litigation to recover the remaining about owed to us for their gross misrepresentation. They appear to be oblivious of their legal requirements to work in a licensed industry and feel they must resort to some petty attempt to discredit us who have been in this business for in excess of a decade. We do not professionally recognize this company and have already had to have one of our other providers repair under our warranty some of their poor workmanship.

We would like to thank the people at HDC/POVD for doing such a great job on our kitchen remodel.Being in the maintenance industry myself, I know issues can arrise during a construction project,but its how the contractor handles these issues when they arrise. David,Devon,and Leah either texted, answered a phone call, or called back quickly when needed, and handled each request promptly. The quality of the work from the contractors that were used were way above standard. We love our new kitchen and would recommend them to anyone.

David and team did an outstanding job on two projects over three years. The first project was a kitchen remodel. The ideas and workmanship were very good and we love our kitchen. The second remodel was expanding our guest bathroom and redesigning our Master Bathroom. Again, the work was very good and we are pleased with the results. The team provided great ideas.

I was very pleased with this entire project from start to finish. The designer took a very small kitchen and made it not only look bigger but actually gave me more space that was so much more functional. The contractors and all workers were respectful, knowledgeable and kept me informed of all details along the way. I am so happy in my new kitchen and would highly recommend the Design center to anyone else for their renovation project.

We recently remodeled our master bath and after talking to 3 other companies, decided on Home Design Center. We found them to be knowledgeable, professional, competitively priced, stayed on top of project daily and delivered on schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I hired them to do a complete remodel of our master bath (down to the studs). I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and what set them apart from the other bid I got was David's creative design input. I can't say the job went smoothly. We had some bumps in the road as you do with all remodels, but David made sure it was done right and his standard of acceptability was as high as mine. It's been almost three years since the project was completed and I love my master bath. Based on the success of the master bath, we had them update our laundry room and half bath, replace the kitchen tile and install and stain a new front door!

I had been attempting to build an addition to my zero lot line home for several years with a great deal of difficulty in getting the design right and in compliance with my homeowner's association. The Design Center not only resolved the problems with the layout but also worked with the Association in getting it approved. The entire project went flawlessly with excellent quality and on time completion. I would recommend these designers and builders to anyone who asks.
