Homestead was a top-notch firm to work with. They completed the work during covid in a safe way that limited exposure to both them and us. Professional, experienced and problem-solvers from start to finish. Maryanne worked with us closely to design every single detail of the kitchen with care, making sure I'd thought through every detail. She followed up quickly and gave top customer care. When the work crews came to the house, they were experienced, careful, respectful, and cleaned up the worksite daily. Most importantly, the floor, cabinetry and appliance installation was impeccable. I was impressed with the military precision of their work schedule; not a day was wasted waiting for the next contractor or inspector to arrive. From demo to delivery was the seven weeks they promised, us, not the 3-6 month project most kitchens take. The end product is gorgeous. I would highly recommend them for your kitchen project.

We love our new kitchen and cannot say enough about Homestead! We worked with Kitchen Designer Maryanne and she is fabulous. Maryanne patiently worked with us through many design iterations and the end result exceeded all our expectations. We have received many compliments from friends and family. Although we started our design in 2019 we got delayed by the COVID pandemic. We were one of the first projects to kick off during the pandemic. Kevin and his team sealed off the work area and were very conscientious about wearing masks and distancing when they were around us. Even with the pandemic, the job was completed on time and budget.

We had an amazing experience with Homestead Kitchens. Maryanne was very helpful and her level of detail is exceptional. She gave us different design ideas with our taste in mind and was never pushy. The project always stayed on the timeline and was done in seven weeks as promised. The entire team was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. We got daily updates and anytime we had a question, we had a response the same day. I was impressed with the expertise and knowledge of Kevin and Sully. The project was stress free and we love our new kitchen. You can't go wrong with Homestead Kitchens.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Homestead Kitchens. From the start, Maryanne Reynolds was a pleasure to work with. She gave us excellent guidance on the kitchen design, while respecting our decisions and personal tastes. She was responsive, detailed, transparent, and responsible for all the details that had to happen each day to keep the project moving forward. Communication with the team Kevin, Paul and Sully once the project was underway was also excellent. They gave us an overall view of how the project would flow, but also gave us weekly and often daily updates so we would know exactly what to expect when, and finished exactly when they said they would. Most people dread the process home construction projects, but HK actually made it fun and we are so happy with the results!

Kate and her team have made my kitchen dreams come true! I had a good idea of what I wanted and working with Kate made the process so much easier. The 3D renderings were especially helpful as it allowed me and my husband to get a true sense of what the end result would look like. Her patience with my countless emails and questions, and her clear expertise in kitchen design lead to a kitchen we are thrilled with. She's honest, responsive and great to work with.

We had a great experience with Homestead. Having built two houses, plus done a bathroom renovation, this project was one of the smoothest. They told us our project would take 6 weeks and they did it in 6 weeks to the day. That was truly remarkable. The work happened exactly as they predicted. We were lucky, because there were no real surprises. They were very helpful and accommodating. Our microwave broke after a few days in our temporary kitchen and they lent us another one for the duration. They cleaned up every day; even down in the basement where dust had fallen through. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product. They have been back to fix a few teething problems but have been very responsive about these things. All the crew were so friendly and let you know exactly what is going on. I work from home so I appreciated when they let me know which days would be noisier and whether I would lose power for a short amount of time. It was a joy to work with Kate, the designer. Having her come with us to pick the quartz and tile, made our lives so much easier. My husband and I have different tastes, but the design seemed to come together very fast and was something we both liked. I would definitely use them again except probably won't be doing another kitchen renovation! Kevin explained to me at one point, that the reason everything works like clockwork is because they only do kitchens and know everything about kitchens. I do think that is what has made them so successful

We had an exceptional experience! I needed a designer to help with selections, project planning and details and Kate was so great-amazing knowledge and attention to detail. The project went down without a single snafu! And, not only did it turn out exactly as planned, it was done with the most clear and ambitious schedule right on time. (Everyone’s jaw drops when we tell them how fast it was!). The team was so friendly, hard-working, always informative, and kept things sparkling clean. Highly recommend.

This is the third project I have done with Homestead and they never disappoint! The process is always organized and their communication keeps my expectation on timeline really clear. The design team always manages to help me achieve the exact look I want, and the construction team is respectful and incredibly neat while in your home! There aren't enough superlatives to describe our experience with Homestead Kitchens. After we discussed our budget and our hopes and dreams for the kitchen, Kate and Kevin always kept what we wanted and our budget in mind. From the design phase through construction, the project was smooth, on time (even a bit ahead of schedule), and on budget. They are easy to work with, very communicative, all the materials are top-notch, and everyone we worked with were friendly, meticulous, and professional. The best decision we ever made was to hire Homestead Kitchens! From the design team to the contractors, everyone was top notch at their job. We have our dream kitchen, and the project was on budget and completed a week earlier than estimated. Maryanne, our designer, was great at listening to our priorities, developing creative and cost effective solutions, and making our dream a reality. Kevin, our contractor, was excellent at communicating the schedule, and was always available to answer any questions we had, Finally, Sully, Paul & James, our crew, were professional, diligent, courteous and on time every day they came to work. It was amazing to see our dreams come to life every day as the project progressed. Their attention to detail in every aspect of the project is impressive. We have completed many home projects in our current home and in a previous residence that we fully renovated. Homestead kitchens is far and away the most professional group of skilled designers and craftsmen we have worked with. To begin with, the planning process was thoughtfully and thoroughly executed- working with Kate and Kevin was a joy- and truly exciting. Their expertise in design brought to life an unused room of our home (location of new kitchen) in a completely efficient and natural way. It feels like the kitchen was always there and now everyone who comes in is amazed at the thoughtful use of space. Every question we had along the way was responded to in such a prompt fashion. Not one detail was left unaddressed. When the work began HK stuck 100% to their targeted dates, even through snow storms and freezing temps. Morning updates kept us on top of what was happening each week. Communication is a strength for HK. Furthermore, these guys are true masters of their craft - watching them work is amazing. Their attention to detail, prompt scheduling, clean working environment (the place was left spotless every day!), - just stunned us. We are happy beyond words with our beautiful new kitchen. The quality of the experience, the quality of the product, the execution of the remodel and the install- really- just not enough positive words! We were actually kind of sad when the project was done! It was truly an enjoyable process. We wish homestead kitchens could do all of our remodel projects- but until we need a new kitchen we'll just stick to the good memories. The history of our home extends as far back as 1778 and we know that HK's quality and craftsmanship will add to the future history and legacy of our family's home.
