Fall 2021, we had a long-awaited kitchen remodel. Our home was built in YEAR, and we wanted to retain as much of the original charm as possible. It was especially challenging because this meant keeping some of the original cabinets and replacing others. We’re so glad we worked with iCabinetry Direct. They were able to recreate the look of the original cabinets, so our final look is really cohesive and beautiful. And not only was the style spot on, but the quality of the cabinets can’t be beat. They’re strong and beautiful. Even more than the cabinets (which we love), we are so impressed by the iCabinetry Direct team. Our designer, Margaux, was so responsive and patient with us through many rounds of revision. Our kitchen, like the rest of this old house, has strange dimensions, wonky flooring, and less-than-square walls–none of which seemed to faze Margaux. Instead, she approached it like a challenge that we were a team to figure out. We also had a great experience with follow-up support. We weren’t able to inspect all of our cabinets during the 7-day delivery window because of COVID and major space issues in the house, and iCabinetry Direct really showed up for us. When we discovered a hardware discrepancy well-past the normal timeline, Kathleen on their support team was able to extend the standard window to send replacements. Even our contractor was blown away by this level of support.

Unfortunately we did not have the 5 star experience iCabinetry was rated. We ordered custom cabinets for our shallow bathroom with Jack and Jill doors. We told them we had exactly 19 inches of depth available to work with. When the cabinets arrived they were a finished 20 inches. Rude customer service told us that was what we ordered after we asked how the situation could be remedied. We are clearly not professional cabinet designers - how were we to know that the cabinet depth does not include doors? This should have been communicated clearly, or the professionals should have considered our initial email stating we had 19 inches of depth to work with, and calculated that with the doors, the cabinets should be 18 inches. So now, we are stuck with cabinets that are too deep (our doors couldn't open if we installed them). We have had several contractors come look at the cabinets and most seem to think that would be a terrible idea to shave off any parts of the backing as it would ruin the integrity of the cabinets. We were told we could have $300 from iCabinetry to fix it (I can only assume they knew that would be a fraction of the cost to fix them - they are the professionals, after all). One contractor told us he charged 56$ per hour and it would take 8 hours ($448), but when the quote came in it was for the work of 2 people at 56$ for 8 hours (aka, double). We feel cheated and scammed by this company, and they could not make us say we were satisfied with $448 more quickly. After new information, $448 is not nearly enough to fix their screw-up, and would leave us with ill constructed cabinets. To sum up, this company doesn't care much about their customers' satisfaction, and would pretty much try anything to avoid taking blame from something that was obviously their fault. Also, it is nearing April and we began our communications with them last October.

Kieth is always great to work with. The cabinets are nice quality and everything went together well. Everything showed up per plan. We had slight damage on a floating shelf and a new one was shipped immediately.

We have used iCabinetrydirect for at least 6 projects over the last couple of years. They have assisted with design, drawings, and provided cabinets perfect for each of our situations. They are easy to work with and helpful. We have 3 more projects scheduled for 2021 and anticipate ordering cabinets with them for each of these projects as well.

Working with iCabinetrydirect.com has been a very pleasant experience. We purchased all of our kitchen cabinets for our kitchen remodel from them. We worked with Keith on the layout and cabinet specifications. He provided a floor plan and elevations, and a 3D panoramic view of our new kitchen. We purchased Starmark cabinets, which were very good quality! We placed our order during the beginning of the COVID pandemic, and there were some delays from Starmark due to impacts to their manufacturing, but Keith at iCabinetrydirect.com kept us informed to delivery changes and stayed on top of the order. All of the cabinets and trimming arrive well packaged and in excellent condition. I installed the cabinets myself, and everything went well. I ordered some extra trim accessories and worked with Keith on those details. All together, it was a painless process, and the service and quality were excellent. Do expect additional lead time until this pandemic is over.

We love our cabinets. Our designer, Sosanna, and the rest of the team at iCabinetry went above and beyond for us! They were patient, knowledgable and professional in every way. They had great ideas on what would work best in our limited space and helped us find cabinets that are perfect for us. We will be using them from now on!!!!

We can't say enough of what iCabinetry has done for our Kitchen and our family! We completely trusted them for the layout and design and it was amazing!! The cabinets are gorgeous. Very well built Will last a lifetime. Such great customer service. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Very reasonably priced.

Our experience with iCabinetry was excellent. They were very accommodating when working with us in our design options for our new kitchen, and very responsive throughout the entire process until our project was complete. The end result was even better than we could have imagined!

I purchased cabinets from iCabinetry Direct for a home I am remodeling in Santa Barbara. Keith Ingle was great to work with. He was very patient and accommodating with the numerous changes and revisions that I made to the kitchen's layout, and he helped me come up with a design that maximized the cabinet space in the house's small kitchen. The cabinets themselves are well priced and of very good quality. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely work with Keith and iCabinetryDirect again.

My wife and I found iCabinetry Direct 8 years ago while looking for some quality cabinets to replace the existing ones in the kitchen in our first house (which were still original 1970's cabinets and countertops) We quickly found out how great this company is to work with, as Keith reached out to us and guided us through the process making it very easy. Once we decided on the color and style we sent him a layout of our existing kitchen and he quickly turned around some great ideas on how to better utilize the same space. These cabinets have not disappointed and we have received so many compliments and have happily encouraged everyone who has asked (some who didn't) that iCabinetry Direct is the best. Unbeknownst to us we had some long term water damage to our lower kitchen cabinets. The kitchen was remodeled 7 years ago so we went back to our original kitchen designer who quoted us an amount too high to accept with our budget even with insurance. Enter iCabinetryDirect.com. Working with Keith was great because he was extremely knowledgeable about the cabinets and so easy to work with. His price was half the cost of our original Kitchen Design company. Same exact order just half the cost. If you have your kitchen designed and know the pieces needed to make it happen- give Keith a call. He has the access to the same cabinets your typical kitchen design firms have minus the mark up.
