Had my master his and her closets re done by Impact design Resources. The install process was smooth and the finished product is amazing! This is the first home I have had custom closets and now I don’t know how I lived without them! I highly recommend Impact!

My wife and I bought a new home in Fort Mill and worked with Alli at Impact Design. We selected Impact because when Alli came to the house in order to see what we wanted, she listened. Carefully. And she took what we said and added her knowledge and expertise to design an incredible master BR walk-in closet and a kitchen pantry. She was a joy to work with. The installers, Tim and Jeff also were stars. They were careful and clean in doing the work that had to be done inside. Their skill and talent were apparent as they took a seemingly endless number of different pieces and made closets out of them using an electric saw, drill, screwdrivers, hammers and everything else that one has to use to get the job done. The price also was in line with their competitors. So, our conclusion is that you can't go wrong with Impact. Nice people, good work, on time, clean and at a competitive price. Jay & Roberta

What a great problem solved by Nancy and her team. Downsizing! Where do you put all your clothes and shoes. I cannot believe that my condo closets have been so beautifully designed, in budget and on time, to hold ALL my things and not feel stuffed. From large home closets to three condo closets. Impact Design Resources redid my bedroom, office and hall closets (5), laundry area, kitchen cabinet refresh (pullouts, drawers and island redesign) and new mud room cabinet build including areas for two cat litter boxes. This was all designed and installed before I moved to Charlotte. Kristie Knorr did all the design work without having met me, just by telephone calls to understand my requirements. I was very happy with the finished product and 6 months later I am still convinced it would be difficult for me to “fit” in this older home with small closets without the incredible work Kristie did. I later asked Kristie to redo my master bathroom vanity, and this was also a great success.

Working with Impact Design Resources was a complete pleasure from the beginning to the very end of the project. Christie and Shreya were extremely knowledgeable, professional, creative and responsive throughout the entire project, working with me every step of the way to propose a design that not only met every one of my organizational needs, but was as close to budget as possible. The end product is something that surpassed my initial expectations, as the quality of their products is beyond compare. Isaiah was the primary installer and my family felt completely comfortable having him in our house during the installation. I would certainly hire Impact Design Resources for future work and am beyond thrilled with their final product.

Our interior designer uses and recomended Impact design resources for our basement project (4 cabinets of kitchen, laundry room, bathroom & home theater). The cabinet price towards to the higher end (at least compared to our budget). Their showroom is beautiful - highly recommend if you want to build your dream kitchen, laundry, bathroom closet, etc. The product quality is great and customer service is even more impressive. Although we did not plan to have such high end cabinets in our basement at the beginning, the quality of the job is worth the money. We haven't had the cabinets for very long time (just a couple of months) but no major issue so far and we are happy with the product and customer service.

We had a wonderful experience with Impact Design Resources. Nancy was extremely knowledgeable, came up with multiple plans for us to review and was patient with us when we had changes. She also was very creative in her design to maximize the use of our space. Once installed, Nancy also came back and went over every shelf and rod with a fine tooth comb to make sure we had the quality of installation that we expected. I highly recommend IMPACT!
