Francine has an amazing ability to combine different textures, patterns and designs to really pull together a room. She was very helpful in picking out paint colors for each room of our house and took her time to look at the light in each room as well as the furnishings and fixtures to come up with the best wall color. Francine also managed our kitchen renovation to make sure the project was being completed in a timely manner and everything was done correctly. We were very happy with her services!

We hired Francine to help us with the total renovation of our kitchen, foyer and powder room, which included new tile flooring, cabinets, appliances, countertop and backsplash, lighting and painting. She never tried to impose her tastes on us, but rather took time to understand our tastes and what we wanted out of the renovation. She listens and observes very closely. She went with us to various vendors to help us select everything we needed, and followed up by phone and email to make sure we were comfortable with our choices. She was patient with us as we made our decisions and relentless in ensuring that all the elements would work well together in terms of style, color, and visual appeal.

I recently did a gut renovation project with Francine DeMarco of In2Style LLC for my apartment at Sutton Place in Manhattan. Francine’s design sense is exquisite and she has a remarkable ability to allow her clients to express themselves and help them find their vision in their own space. Prior to construction, she did all the floor plans, 3D elevated drawings and lighting plans for the entire apartment, which was a tremendous help for the contractors during the build out stage. After the construction phase, she helped me pick the paint colors for all the rooms, as well as the floor and wall tiles in both bathrooms. The end results were were beautiful, it was exactly as I had envisioned it! She has an amazing eye for design, color, and composition, and her attention to detail, no matter how big or small is impeccable. She also accompanied me on shopping trips to Fergusons for the plumbing fixtures and appliances, and Warshauer Electrics for lighting designs. She is very professional and reliable, always in contact with me even after hours and on weekends to make sure things went smoothly during the whole process. Francine is an extreme pleasure to work with. We hired her to help us after we bought a new house. We needed a lot of help choosing paint colors, carpet colors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and wood floor stain color. I am delighted to be able to recommend Francine DeMarco. Francine worked directly with me to design a four-bedroom 3-bathroom home to replace one destroyed by Hurricane Sandy in 2012 on the Jersey Shore. Francine was the lead person for designing my new modular home, which was set in June 2015 by Westchester Modular Homes, Inc. I worked with and observed Francine over a period of 2 years. She did an exceptional job designing and then shepherding our home from paper and computer drawings to the house that was ultimately set. She was a real asset in everything I observed. She did a great job in eliciting what we wanted and what made sense (given our budget) for our new home and equally important Francine offered numerous ideas on how to improve on what was asked for. Francine helped us with all the basic home design layouts for the entire 3000+ sq. ft. house built on pilings, she advised up on the right choices for kitchen and 3 full bathrooms including cabinets, layouts, tile, counter tops, and even plumbing and electrical fixture selections, stained oak wood floors for downstairs and the stairs, and carpets for the 4 bedrooms. Francine even advised us on door and window sizes, types, and placement to enhance the overall look and functionality of our home. Francine is a highly talented and imaginative designer, has excellent verbal, written and inter-personal skills, is extremely well organized, a self-starter, and can work independently as well as part of a contractor's team. Besides her great design sense and skills, Francine followed through on the many details to ensure that the ultimate job was done right. I was particularly impressed with Francine's willingness to offer constructive assistance and she had an excellent rapport with us and the various vendors and contractors we needed.
