Stephanie was our designer for a primary bath upgrade seven years ago, and most recently, a kitchen remodel. Throughout the entire process her expertise was invaluable. She was up for the task as our kitchen shape and size proved challenging. Her design options were purposeful and aesthetically pleasing. We got quite the education as we observed her careful attention to every detail. Stephanie demonstrated her many years of experience and vast knowledge of kitchen design as she guided us through the process of choosing cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc.. Communication with Stephanie was effortless since she was available by text, phone, and email. She was always professional and friendly. Her admirable work ethic and her desire to create a kitchen we would enjoy was evident in the time she spent with us from initial meeting to completion of project. Our family has lived in the same home for 25 years. When we moved in, it was essentially the same as when it was built in 1967. Fast forward to 2025, our master bathroom was literally crumbling around us. Additionally, the kitchen was separated from the family room, and both rooms were dim and outdated. Lacking experience with significant remodeling and feeling intimidated, we consulted with several contractors. However, we just weren’t comfortable moving forward because we couldn’t visualize their recommendations and didn’t have a clear understanding of the overall cost. That is why we are so grateful for Stephanie. She listened to us, suggested alternatives, and created wonderful plans for the bathroom and kitchen, removing the wall between the kitchen and family room and enlarging the master bathroom shower. She helped us choose the materials, assisted us in finding a reputable contractor, and was there to consult and guide us throughout the entire process. The results were better than we could have imagined. Her designs made the kitchen and bathroom bright, open, airy, functional, and comfortable, and she always had our backs, ensuring that the result would increase our property value. She delivered results on time and within budget. She has our highest recommendation.

Stephanie did an incredible job on her design, we could not be happier with the end result. We were planning a full kitchen remodel at our home in Danville, CA which included removing a load bearing wall, adding a wine cellar and changing how we exited into the backyard from the main living area. Her depth of knowledge was vast which ensured we did not design anything we would regret later on (e.g., how much space is too much/little from island to stove). We worked very closely with her throughout the design process (several iterations) and welcomed her thoughts the entire way. If we could go back and start over, we would 100% hire Interior Planning Collective. We have not broken ground yet but we could not wait to give credit where credit is due.

Stephanie is joy to work with. She is on top of every detail and pays attention to the calendar and order of various aspects of the project. We did not live close to our project so had to schedule appointments weeks apart. She monitored every piece of the various jobs while we weren't on site and her relationships with the vendors gave us confidence we were making good choices and kept things moving smoothly given the supply chain issues at the time. We are very pleased with the finished product and happy in our remodeled home.

Stephanie’s design transformed the kitchen, living room, dining areas and entry hall into visually connected, light-filled spaces that perfectly suit the way we live. She efficiently arranged replacements for a cabinet damaged in transit and a reimbursement due from the appliance vendor. Stephanie did an outstanding job designing the remodel for our bathroom. She presented a number of options to choose from and we are so happy with the results, We had a very small master bath and a wasted open area. With Stephanie's design we have a larger bathroom and a walk-in closet. The transformation is just amazing!!. The vendors were great, deadlines and budgets were met.

My wife and I wanted to update and expand our old kitchen but did not have a lot of room to work with, so we were limited to only a few options. We did have some ideas on the layout but just couldn't visualize it well enough to be sure that's what we wanted. We hired Stephanie and she presented us with a few different layouts that really helped us decide on the best solution. She also did a great job of reorganizing the counter space and appliance positions to best support a family that does a lot of cooking. The end result is a very functional open and bright space that can accommodate guests around the counter as we cook. My goodness! I don't know how I lived without Stephanie in my life! I have spun my wheels for so long, browsing around Houzz, trying to figure out how to remodel my kitchen. So as it turns out, I am not a Kitchen Designer! Who knew! So why would I know how to design my own kitchen??!! Stephanie's profile popped out because she had opened up a wall between kitchen and living area for a previous client. So I took the plunge and contacted her. I haven't regretted one moment. She is not only professional and extremely skilled, but just a pleasure to hang out with! To begin, Stephanie started by browsing through my IdeaBooks on Houzz to see what my tastes are. When it came time for decisions, she brought me one or two (maybe three) choices, which were all aligned my taste! Limiting the decision making was HUGE for me! Stephanie designed and then created the drawings for everything, from kitchen layout to lighting to plumbing, advised on counters and tile, interviewed contractors, contacted suppliers, scheduled meetings and ordered products. She then produced an amazing BINDER for the contractor and every tradesperson to reference as the job progresses. So now you know, we haven't even started yet and I'm already singing her glory! Tomorrow is the big day that my 1989 oak kitchen with beige 4" tile and brown grout will disappear forever! It has served its time, but it no longer "sparks joy!" Stephanie helped us transform our kitchen in a way that we had not envisioned as we embarced on the project. And everyone (including us) thinks it is stunning. Our remodel would have been a really nice face lift without her...it is a showstopper with her design input. From concept to finishes, we really valued her design aesthetic. It was a pleasure to work with Stephanie and her recommended contractors on the renovation and addition to our home, She is knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented and creative. Stephanie Greaney took over the interior design of our garage conversion to a cottage. We had hired an architect who was next to useless for creating a livable space for visiting family and guests. The Building, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing contractors were all able to use Stephanie's plan to accomplish their jobs.
