We are so happy that we chose International Kitchen and Bath for our recent kitchen renovation! From the initial design process to the installation and finishing touches of our new kitchen, Elizabeth Kaufman, our designer at IKB, paid attention to every detail and kept everything running right on schedule. It was wonderful to work with her on the initial design, as she made it a priority to incorporate all of our "wants" for the new kitchen. She was very knowledgable about the entire renovation process and was always available to answer our numerous questions. All of the subcontractors were professional, courteous and did excellent work. Overall, I highly recommend International Kitchen and Bath and Elizabeth Kaufman for any design or remodeling needs. You won't be disappointed!

Do not look any further if you are considering a kitchen. Let me tell you why. My wife was pregnant with our 3rd child, we were moving into a new house after starting a new job. I read other reviews online and wanted to meet the staff at International Kitchen and Bath in Davidson, NC. I walked into the store and met Elizabeth Kaufman. From day 1 she walked us through the process of design, redesign, construction, etc. She held our hand the entire time. She was amazing to work with. Not only that, they built this kitchen within 3 months (from design to completion) while my wife was pregnant. She was a calming voice and a guiding voice all at the same time. She took the stress off of both my wife and I and delivered above our expectations and we have high expectations. If you live in Hickory, Lake Norman Area, Charlotte etc, you would be absolutely insane to go anywhere else. I'm already considering other projects in the future to be done with this company. I also want to mention Gordon who was apart of our Construction crew was absolutely incredible. Trusting, honorable, and attention to details. Folks, you don't find companies like this anymore. Take a peek at the pics. They are even more beautiful in person.

All I can say is WOW what a job Lisa did. We built our dream home on the lake while living in PA. Lisa was fantastic in that she could almost read my mind. Her suggestions were spot on. The installation went smoothly and we have been thrilled with our cabinets and design.

Brian and his staff helped us design our new kitchen and remodel its wooden entrance. Its honesty throughout, efficiency, and problem solving ability are excellent. They will take the time to prepare you beforehand, explain while they are doing it and help you with the critical decision process should the need rises. Perfection every step of the way!

Process took longer than anticipated but gutted to studs. The results are beautiful and functional. All new appliances w/gas stove, wet bar, microwave under the counter and hot water tap. Hardwood floor was preserved. Lots of lighting. Professional and personal designer with excellent workman. WE LOVE IT!

We had major kitchen renovation several months ago with all new cabinets and island. We were so pleased working with Brian and his staff that we just updated bathroom and had them replace the vanity. Brian is fantastic to work with and very patient with our many questions. He always makes sure we have exactly what we want. We really appreciate what a perfectionist the installer was on both projects. We would recommend Brian and his staff without reservation. His personal expertise and advise really help.

Our project we completed on time and on estimate. The people who worked in our house, replacing counter tops and installing appliances were friendly and efficient. Clean up was done well at each stage and we were kept updated as things progressed.

International Kitchen and Bath, Inc. did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel. We started with a preliminary design that Lisa Carlay put together for us. Lisa was very professional and patient with us as we were not ready to pull the trigger right away. When we finally decided to move forward, Lisa was very helpful in planning all the details and making us aware of anything that could pose an obstacle and helped us work through these items. The installation process was fantastic and although I cannot remember his name, the installer was exceptional and really took pride in his work which showed in the final results. When I finally decided to remodel my kitchen I asked a few friends who they would recommend. A close friend suggested International Kitchen and Bath because "they have won so many remodeling awards". I initially met with Lisa Carlay at her office and we discussed some ideas that I had. After we met at my home and discussed some possibilities, Lisa provided drawings of the various options. I was extremely impressed by the options and the degree of detail that Lisa provided in her design. I (we) decided to open the kitchen to the entire upstairs, removing both walls, add a walnut topped island, beautiful cabinetry, serpentine tiled backsplash, etc. and the entire upstairs was transformed. It became more than just a kitchen remodeling. I was thrilled with the finished product. Of course I move to the upstairs bath and again I was ecstatic over the plans and final design. I have and continue to recommend Lisa and IK&B to my friends. One warning - be prepared for scope creep because once your kitchen is transformed, you will want more. Lisa was a joy to work with on the entire project. My downstairs awaits...........

If you are planning renovations, you have to consider International Kitchen and Bath. The selection of products is first rate. I had no trouble finding exactly what I wanted. The companies that work with International Kitchen and Bath to remove and install the changes you want are also outstanding. I could not have been happier with the work or the value for money.

International Kitchen and Bath remodeled our kitchen and the results were truly outstanding. We were pleased with every aspect of the job. Remodeling the kitchen started us down the road to remodeling first our downstairs bath, then two baths upstairs and finally our laundry room. After the first experience, we never bothered to get quotes or plans from anyone else. We just called International Kitchen and Bath and had them handle the project. Each time we were extremely pleased with the ideas and guidance we were given in coming up with a plan, the quality of the work including the sub-contractors and the pricing (realize that they're higher end). We are very pleased to give them our highest recommendation.

We choose International Kitchen and Bath to do the design and installation of our new home kitchen and baths. They were excellent to work with. They took the time to hear what we expected and needed in our kitchen and bath projects. They had quality products to offer. They took time in the showroom with ideas and sketches, described details of the products and came to the home site several times to makes sure things would work out for us. The installation process was also very professional and done to our complete satisfaction. We were delighted with Donna and Liza and would certainly reccomend them to anyone for a new build or home remodel.

Our master bathroom was redone. new cabinets, sink, faucet and granite top. Excellent design, great price, still loving the look. Kitchen is next.

This is the second project that Lisa has designed for us. The first was a kitchen remodel. This recent project involved designing a vanity for our master bathroom remodel, including a cabinet which sits on the counter top between the two sinks. Instead of a closet, she designed open shelving above a pullout clothes hamper. She was very helpful, answering all our questions and giving us good advice on how to configure the vanity drawers and bottom doors, including pull out shelves, to maximize our storage space and convenience. She also recommended a color for the vanity, shelves and hamper that went with the counter top we had already chosen. The builder she chose competed the items in the promised time period. The construction was of high quality and the completed project looks fantastic!

I worked with International Kitchen and Bath in Davidson recently to handle the cabinetry in the custom home I was building. My designer was Lisa and I could not have been happier with the professionalism, attention to detail, and creative ideas she incorporated to make our project flow seamlessly. Lisa was always professional and creative, she knew our style and really sought out the perfect look for us. We have used this company twice for major renovations (bathroom and kitchen) and there were never issues with their service, their professionalism, and their commitment to making our space great.

Lisa at International Kitchen drew up several different possible plans for my kitchen--difficult because I'm constrained by the parameters of my very old house. I had made a list of things I wanted in my kitchen and a list of things that drove me crazy in my kitchen as it was then. In the design for the new kitchen she fixed all the things I didn't l like and incorporated everything I wanted. Although her task was to design the cabinets, Lisa was very helpful helping me think through things like floor tile and granite. The size and shape of my kitchen necessitated a custom designed island and it is perfect. Anything that wasn't perfect (the spice rack came in cracked, for example) she had fixed. They were completely professional in all areas and very easy to work with. I realized just how good they were when my sister had her kitchen done several months later. There are flaws in the cabinets: the installer said it was the cabinets, the cabinet people said the installer. My installer was terrific—and came through IKB so the process went smoothly.

Our experience with international cabinets was excellent. Lisa, our designer was patient, readily available for my questions and concerns. We were selecting styles from out of state. Lisa went out of her way to send options via email. The few issues we had with the cabinets were taken care of with no problems. The cabinets were delivered on time. We love the cabinets. The cabinet installer did a great job, paying attention to detail. I would highly recommend international cabinets.

The team at International Kitchen and Bath in Davidson was very helpful, friendly, patient, precise and creative. They circled back to us to make sure everything was right after installed, and were prompt in addressing the couple little items that needed final attention.

I contacted many other kitchen remodeling companies, and International Kitchen and Bath was the only one that returned my calls. Lisa came out to my house and provided many good suggestions. The cost was more than I anticipated, but the service was worth it. We love our new kitchen island.

International Kitchen and Bath helped us renovate our kitchen. The kitchen leads into a sunroom and the space is somewhat narrow. IK&B designed an island that's the perfect transition between both rooms, as well as beautiful cabinets. They worked patiently through all the typical renovation challenges, (plumbing, electrical, etc) and their subs were great too. We also had them design built-in bookcases for our family room. We plan to use them again soon for bathroom renovations!

I have done several cabinet projects with International Kitchen and Bath. Each job was professionally designed, installed in a timely manner and was beyond expectation in quality and service.

If only everyone could be like International Kitchen and Bath. The purpose of our first meeting was to understand what I wanted in a kitchen, and what the budget was. Lisa did an excellent job of digging, in order to get an accurate picture of what I liked. She presented an original plan, which she patiently tweaked and tweaked again. Along the way, she would address how the changes would impact the bottom line. The install crew was also very professional.. Cabinets are all straight and flush and square while the moulding and trim joints are invisible. After using the kitchen for a short time, the finish on one of our shelving units proved to be defective. International Kitchen and Bath immediately addressed and solved the issue. In the end, I got my perfect kitchen, and under budget.

International Kitchen and Bath, Inc. and their designer, Lisa Carlay, helped us with a major remodel of our kitchen. Their help, suggestions, ideas, and expertise enabled us to have a new and beautifully designed kitchen. We could not have been happier with the outcome and have discovered that we would not change a thing. This remodel was in 2012. We were so pleased with the above experience, that we again contracted with International Kitchen and Bath to help us with cabinet design in two bathrooms in our home this year.. This remodel has just been completed, and, again, we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. With both projects, we never had any delays with ordering and delivering, no problems with the quality of the cabinets ordered, and the installation of the cabinets went smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

International Kitchen is a very professional company. They are wonderful designers, as well as overseers of the complete job. Everyone there is courteous and friendly, and it is always a joy to work with them on any project.
