Hi, I purchased and had doors installed by Lowe's in November of 2013. Rusty, the representative who came to my home, showed me lots of options, took time to go over door specs and offered suggestions. The experience was easy. The doors were installed quickly and professionally and look beautiful.

I had knee surgery. Needed a new refrigerator. Got it the day before surgery. Well, the next day I noticed it was defective. They came and replaced it. Happened AGAIN. So the third time, I called FROM MY BED on a SUNDAY morning. She got my info, I ordered a different brand/model, she found it, switched it out, gave me credit, put the balance on my credit card, scheduled another store to bring it out at 9:00 am, and gave me 10% off for my inconvenience. I was STILL IN BED! That's going above and beyond. Period.

I think this is 1 of my favorite stores , I can't afford a lot . When I go to lowes I can always find something to work with . If I'm on a project lowes is first place.
