I've repeatedly recommended KBC Design Studio to many of my friends, and this is why. I recently bought (another) kitchen along with bathroom vanities. The granite company came in to measure the space for the countertops and sinks. Unfortunately when the time came for installation, they (Granite installer) found the initial measurement for the kitchen sink was wrong, and would not fit. After 30 plus minutes with his bosses, they informed me the sink would not fit, and the only option was to recut a new piece for the kitchen counters giving me a much smaller sink for the kitchen. Their words to describe the sink was "tiny". To me this was unacceptable. I then called Christina Feldman (KBC owner) and she in turn called her lead designer Andrew Hazelton. Fortunately both were able to come out and asses the situation. It took them maybe 5 minutes to come to a resolution that still uses the original granite and to allow me to keep the larger sink. I was happy, the granite company was very happy. (They didn't have to scarp a large piece of granite.) The installation went through, and I have the kitchen (and bath) I wanted and planned for. Once again, KBC came through for me. They are professional, knowledgeable and are good honest hardworking people who actually care about their clients. I'll continue to use KBC on all of my upcoming projects, and will recommend them to all who needs a professional trustworthy company. Thanks again to Christina, Andrew and the KBC team. Working with KBC Design Studio was a great choice. Christina, Andrew and Jim made the process seamless and easy for us, from Design, Planning to Installation. It's been 5 months with our new kitchen by KBC and Bob Iarossi (Iarossi Construction) and we only love it more! Pre-project experience… Absolutely no pressure, great suggestions based on what we described to hope to achieve, and details plan drawings. EVERY step of the selection process for floor, cabinet, counters, backsplash, etc. were accompanied by the builder (Bob) and KBC design rep. Great feedback and suggestions throughout! When it came time to start the project, everything was extremely well prepared. Project cost was very well-defined and firm for no surprises. Cost was also surprisingly competitive compared to other estimates with contractors that did not offer anywhere near the level of hand-holding and care. Construction experience… Every step very well planned out with a clean slate approach to make it perfect. Three phrases that stand out strong from the interactions with Bob were “I can do that.” (when we asked for certain details to be done a certain way), “What do you think? Do you like it?”, and “Do it right the first time.” Some cabinets arrived with damage and dings and Bob handled 100% with KBC to quickly replace and keep project on schedule. We didn’t have to worry or deal with anything damaged in shipping. His attention to detail may have saved our home! Bob tested and verified all wiring before using it. He found one that tested questionable and I heard him say something wasn’t right, he wasn’t going to use it, and that he’ll run a new line instead. What he didn’t know is we had a serious light fixture short a while back and that wire was likely unknowingly damaged. It was a future fire waiting to happen and we are certain his attention to detail likely saved us from a future house fire. THANK YOU BOB FOR YOUR WORK PRINCIPLES! Payments were spread over the time of the project. He never expected to be paid for work he didn’t do yet. Project completion… What do you think? Do you like it? Heck yes! Beautiful work! Nice! Best of all, no surprise charges and no nickel and diming. When we had our bathroom done by another hi-end company, the final bill charged and over-charged for everything that wasn’t exactly as originally planned. I give Bob tremendous kudos that he doesn’t conduct business that way. 5 months later… We love it more every day. No hidden shortcuts by Bob and his assistant Kevin. So happy we agreed with Bob’s recommendation for bigger and better windows. Everything is so much brighter and feels so open and functional. Everything about our experience with KBC and Bob was great and 5 months later we feel the same and are even more grateful we chose them for our new kitchen. Thank you KBC and Bob!

Thanks to the professional guidance and assistance of KBC Design, we are thrilled to be enjoying our beautifully renovated home! At the very beginning of our project, we were overwhelmed and uncertain as to how to proceed. Then, Christina shared a referral to a wonderful architect with us and we were off and running! Because of Christina and Andrew's help, we can honestly say that the end result is everything that we had hoped for. As with any significant sized project, we hit a couple of small speed bumps along the way but Christina and Andrew stepped up immediately each time and helped us navigate smoothly through the issues. Recipe for a great kitchen: Start with a dark windowless, cramped, cave-like, townhouse kitchen Add one excellent designer (Christina). Stir in an exceptional contractor (Bob Iarossi). Spice it up with beautiful new cabinets, flooring and granite. End up with a bright, open, efficient, welcoming, beautiful, workspace with double the counter space, and more storage than I thought possible. In short, a kitchen that is a pleasure to work in. Christina not only came up with innovative ways to make the most of what she had to work with, she actually listened to me and designed the layout around my needs and preferences. Bob is a perfectionist and it shows in the little details that so often get overlooked. His advice on picking countertops, flooring and backsplash tiles was invaluable and everything works together beautifully. I couldn't be happier!

KBC Desigh Studio /Kitchens by Christina did an excellent Job on designing my Kitchen. Christina came out first and took all the measurements for the Kitchen. She knows her stuff!!!! Meri goes way out of her way to make sure everything is in place and checks up and make sure things are going well. & Andrew were great to work with and always kept in touch with me while Adam did the labor. I could not had found a better Man ( Adam) . He was easy to work with and if I had questions he had the answers. Adam's work was way beyond and I was very happy with his work.

From start to finish the KBC team was amazing! The design was exactly what I wanted. The cabinets and countertops are absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend this company if you are looking for your dream kitchen!

Kitchens By Christina was recommended by a friend who had used the company years ago. I was pleased to find that my kitchen project was not too small for them and that Christina was very enthusiastic about planning the cabinets and island configuration. Christina's staff (Meri and Andrew) continuously made me feel that my kitchen was important to them and were very responsive whenever I had any concerns. "KBC Design Studio/Kitchens by Christina" did an amazing job assisting my husband and I in the design layout of our kitchen renovation. I am a visual artist, a contemporary painter, not an interior designer and Christina and her staff were there for me all the way. KBC Design Studio really know their products and how to put them together in a holistic design that you will want in your home A.S.A.P. Every question or concern was quickly answered or discussed and the ideas that Christina and her designer Andrew had were ones I would never have thought of. They have made me feel confidence in their work and I am not an easy person to please. Christina shared not only the possibilities of the products, but how the actual product looks when used in her everyday kitchen, which takes out the need to imagine in a showroom and really see how cabinet and drawer spaces can be used. Christina of KBC Design has done an Amazing job of designing an efficient & beautiful kitchen utilizing all space in our tiny kitchen area.
