Our 30-year-old home needed upgrading and we decided to start by re-modeling our three bathrooms. However, neither my wife nor I have expertise in this area. Re-modeling is expensive so it's important not to make design mistakes. You want to be happy with the results after you've spent all that money. A neighbor mentioned that she had used Keely Brewer Interior Design for a kitchen remodel and raved about Keely. We are thrilled with the results as well. Keely's designs for our three bathrooms are creative and beautiful. My wife and I could have never created these designs on our own. We've wanted to remodel our kitchen and remove a wall for a long time. Keely came recommended by some friends. She was great from start to stop. Her design was exactly what we were looking for. Her team was awesome. Attention to details really made a difference in how it all turned out. Our Kitchen turned out so beautiful, so much space and such a joy to cook in. It's hard to believe it's the same house. The new vinyl plank flooring, updated cabinets throughout the house and updated light fixtures and LED lighting really transformed the whole house from dark tuscan feel to light, modern and the coastal California look we wanted. She listened to our ideas, made suggestions, and brought samples for us to see, which was very important for us. We had weekly meetings during construction, and they were very helpful. She monitored the progress of the project and helped us when we made changes to our project . Keely Brewer has been a joy to work with during four different remodeling projects (kitchen/family room, laundry room, master bedroom/bathroom and garage). She listened to our ideas with an open mind, and if she believed there was a better alternative offered another option for us to consider. Keely did “leg work” for us by bringing samples to our home or meeting us at various material suppliers. This attention to detail helped us make good decisions on each project. She had a wide variety of resources available from which to select materials for our projects. She keeps current by keeping up to date on current trends and attends continuing education offerings. One of her areas of expertise is kitchen renovations in which she has specialized for 10 years. Keely has the skill to create a computer drawing as she designed a media cabinet for us and then worked closely with the custom cabinet maker to see her vision come to life. When it was time to update our kitchen we met with Keely Brewer. Keely did the complete redesign and structural planning for our kitchen and house remodel. Our kitchen remodel also included window replacements, stucco replacement, wood floor refinishing, new carpet, paint and window coverings. Keely brought many choices for cabinets, countertops, lighting, window covering, paint, hardware pulls and much more. Keely communicated frequently about design and material issues and took us to various vendors to review their products. Keely took the time to discuss design options and truly understand our design preferences without judgment. Keely understands design not just for aesthetic, but more importantly for function. The most significant improvement was the redesign of our kitchen window. She worked with the general contractor and various speciality craftsmen to complete our remodel with the utmost attention to detail. She was always present to discuss each phase of the project with various craftsmen as they began, and finished their work. She is pleasant and fun to work with. We enjoyed her design process so much we hired Keely to redesign our primary bathroom.

Keely Brewer has been a friend of mine for many years. When the opportunity arose to make some changes to my home, she was the first person I thought of for guidance. Initially we discussed my hopes for what I had in mind, and she provided several wonderful options from which to choose. Because my remodel took place during Covid, it was a concern that I would need to visit many different locations to find all the materials needed for flooring, cabinets, tile, countertops, lighting, doors, appliances, upholstery, and assorted fixtures. The list became overwhelming at times, but Keely took me through the process step by step. She was able to minimize the trips to vendors, and keep the project moving in a timely manner. Her knowledge and expertise created a sense of comfort each step of the way. Every contractor was professional and mindful of working carefully in my home. Frequently, when a new contractor began their work, they would comment on the quality of the work that had previously been done. That always reaffirmed my decision to choose Keely for my design consultant. My home is now a lovely and welcoming space for me to enjoy with my family and friends.

After 20 years we were ready to remodel our kitchen/great room, living dining, downstairs bedroom and bath, entry and staircase. We began with flooring and that in itself was a difficult decision. I inquired about Desighner referrals and received excellent recommendations about Keely Brewer. We met with Keely and she returned to us a pile of ideas. Keely is a great communicator and listens to what is most important to you. This helped me so much with a major interior painting project where we had to find a way to update a slate and travertine bathroom without a major remodel. She has a great eye for color and has many creative ideas while still being practical to suit your needs. Our project came out wonderful and we feel everything looks fresh and updated.

I was looking for help during my renovation of my entire house colors, tiles, furnishing, fixtures etc. I hired Keely and she to took my project and flew with it. My experience working with Keely was great. She is professional, very dedicated, she makes you feel there is no other customer than just you, her full attention. Keely was our interior designer when we recently remodeled our kitchen. She was always there when we needed help and we needed a lot. After a short time, she figured out what we liked and what we should check out. The results are a kitchen that is three times the size of the original and efficient to work in. The kitchen is now rectangular, while the original was trapezoidal. Geometry may be fun, but not functional. My wife got her mega island and plenty of storage area. The final design fits in well with the rest of the house. Fortunately,Keely had thoughts and ideas that seem to make the remodeled area work and flow efficiently. We hired Keely to redo our entire downstairs. This included flooring, paint, finishes, creating additional storage space under our stairs, building a china cabinet into our dining room, redesigning our kitchen and designing a beautiful builtin mantle and entertainment center. Her kitchen redesign added so much more functional space that we never could have envisioned. We found working with Keely to be a gratifying and collaborative experience. She really took what she considered to be our style and found paint colors, finishes, furniture pieces, rugs, and lighting that have come together to create a beautiful cohesive space. If there was a rare issue with a subcontractor used - Keely stepped in and made sure that everything was done in a timely manner to her and our expectations. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, china cabinet, staircase, powder room, creative space under our stairs, mantle and media space. We are so happy with Keely's work and get to live in a space that makes us smile everyday! Keely created a space that we couldn't imagine on our own.

We have been working with Keely Brewer for over a year now on a house remodel/ redecorate. Keely helped our kitchen, bath designer with tile and paint coordination which has turned out great. Keely drew up some furniture placement designs for our rooms and then helped steer us to furniture stores. We needed to find a great designer who could transform our incredibly ugly, claustrophobic "new" home into a clean, contemporary showcase that met our needs AND was a pleasure to live in. We purchased a home that needed to be completely updated....every surface from floors to counter tops to window treatments to appliances to paint. Keely guided us through the project with patience, expertise, and a great eye for design......all while on a tight timeframe and budget. She is extremely conscientious, organized and listens. Keely was an integral resource and influence for the remodel of our master bed and bathroom. Previous to this project, she did an excellent job updating our living, dining, family, and guest bedrooms with new draperies, furniture, and fabric to reupholster our furniture. Keely designed the customized built in cabinets and bookshelves for our recent master bed / bathroom project - right down to the decorative cabinet hardware. She designed an exquisite and cost-saving headboard for our master bedroom's king size bed. She also designed my built in make-up vanity and the exterior for our wood paneled fireplace in our master bathroom. Keely collaborated in the the custom design for the tile in our bathroom floor and our walk through shower - and came up with the perfect complimentary tile for the inside wall of our shower . Keely consulted on the selection and placement of our bathroom lighting fixtures and mirrors. She also discovered the perfect quality consignment chair to be reupholstered for our bedroom sitting area. Working with Keely is fun, inspiring, and so enjoyable because she has such a respect for her client's particular taste and design preferences as well as a respect for the practical amenities a client wishes to incorporate in their overall project design. Keely Brewer helped me decorate my "downsized" home in an over 55 community. She started with hiring a art installing company whose two employees did a great job with my very large and heavy pictures. Keely also coordinated decorating several of my high niches and used items I had in my home. I had a closet in one room that I wanted to use as an office and Keely prepared a drawing of what the "computer station" should look like. It turned out perfect. She and her workroom made a comforter, coordinating pillow, a kitchen valance and cushions. My project was update a 32 year old kitchen, I was not changing the footprint of the kitchen rather updating to a more modern style. When I have a client that asks me for help with window treatments, furniture, cushions, reupholstering or anything else out of the realm of my expertise, I call Keely. I can't say enough good things about her. Besides her design talents, she is responsive, dependable and insightful. Keely is probably the sweetest, thoughtful and honest person I know.

Keely did an amazing job with recreating our dining room. My old set from 1989 sat 10 very tightly and I wanted to seat 12. This was a challenge with the length of my room and she solved it beautifully. . Not only did she pay attention to our taste and what we wanted to achieve, but she found a perfect table. It was wide enough to accommodate 2 on each end. She then designed gorgeous benches which all my guests fight to get to sit as a couple in the end seats. Keely then suggested finishing paint colors and accessories , some from items we already had, and it all blended well. She turned a rather boring and dated formal dining room into a Tuscan Statement. It was painless and I cannot recommend her more.

My husband and I recently bought our first home that came with mismatching window treatments throughout the house. We wanted to tie the house together with matching window treatment but weren't sure where to start, especially since some of our windows are almost 30ft high. We wanted something clean and polished, that would last and be easy to maintain. Keely came up with a perfect solution, white vinyl shutters. She coordinated the measurements, ordering, and installation. The entire process was simple and stress free for us. She is fun to work with, energetic, and full of creative ideas. Keely provided an amazing redesign for my kitchen with high attention to my budget. I just purchased a very small home that desperately needed a fix in the kitchen. The layout is small and didn't leave me with any ideas for improvement. Keely came to my house and brought shutter samples for me to see before choosing a shutter for our home. Then she arranged for the installer to come and measure the Windows. She emailed a proposal and once we approved it, she made arrangements to have the shutters installed. The installers did it in a few hours. We are pleased with what the shutters have brought to our home. Keely was very professional and courteous and easy to work with. The installer was equal in his professionalism and expertise. The cost was competitive, even better, than the major home improvement retailers. I know this because I compared prices to 3-day blinds as well as Budget Blinds and Home Depot. I would recommend Keely Brewer for any of your design or remodel needs, no matter how large or small. .

When we considered redoing our master bath, Keely Brewer was recommended by a friend who had successfully completed a major project with her. I found Keely very personable, easy to work with and responsive to my viewpoint, she quickly got a real feel for my style preferences. Her ideas were creative and incorporated my desires for the bathroom with the possibilities of the space. She coordinated and worked with the contractor to keep the project moving to completion and on budget. We were very satisfied and are now working on a guest bath renovation with Keely.

I have worked with other designers for projects in my home but not with the level of collaboration, cooperation, and consideration I experienced with Keely. We were working together to remodel my 1985 kitchen. Once we got a design concept we both liked, Keely put together the plans, recommended a contractor and, when appropriate, hired subcontractors. I am so pleased with my new kitchen and, in addition to it being beautiful, it's a pleasure to use. I like to cook and bake so having an efficient workspace is really important to me.
