We can outfit any room in your home offering counter tops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting and hardware to compliment your Made in the USA custom cabinetry. Our team has over 20 years of experience making homes look beautiful and most importantly homeowners happy. Our success comes from our teams dedication to design detail, communication, documentation and key relationships with local contractors. What to Expect Think of Kitchen & Bath Specialists as a design studio that supplies designs and all the goods for your renovation project. The only items installed by us are counter tops. For all other items we will work directly with your hired contractor or trade lead to provide guidance and instruction on installation to ensure the approved design is realized. If a contractor or trade lead has not been determined we can supply recommendations. Designers are available to answer design and installation questions however do not provide project management services unless specifically contracted. Most contractors provide project management services for you. We design kitchens and bathrooms based on a palette created with your input and our experience. We measure your space to prepare initial conceptual drawings and estimates for cabinetry and counter tops. Next we schedule a consultation in our showroom to present the drawings and estimates to you for your approval. We do not charge a design fee however if hard or soft copies of designs are requested a hiring down payment of 10% of the estimate is required. This down payment is applied to your purchase, however, if you do not purchase cabinets from us, your down payment is non-refundable.
