Kitchens By Ambiance

Being unfamiliar with the Ft. Myers area, we happened into Kitchens by Ambiance after seeing their advertisement in a local magazine at our hotel We worked with owner, Jim Gerard, from day one. He guided us in choosing materials and offered his expert advice on lighting, plumbing, and flooring. Our new kitchen and bathroom project was started and completed during the summer while we were up North. Jim updated the progress with photos, phone calls and e-mails. He was very patient with a few last minute changes we made. He attended to every last detail. Our project consisted of new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new appliances, new master bath double bowl vanity and vanity top, patch and paint throughout our home, plumbing, minor electrical and new carpet throughout. We are snowbirds, and we wanted all of the work done while were away. With Dan Smith as the project planner and manager, Ambiance met all of our goals and exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent. The project was well coordinated and it was done on time. We first met Dan when we were interviewing various kitchen and bath installers and renovators. Of all of the contractors that we met with Dan and Ambiance seemed to really understand what our expectations were and what level of service we needed. Ambiance provided detailed designs and drawings so we clearly understood what we were getting. The subcontractors met with us so they heard what we wanted directly from us. We've now been in our newly renovated home and can say without a doubt "We love it."

Kitchens by Ambiance completed a renovation of our kitchen in October, 2015. We are very pleased with the products they recommended, the workmanship of the installers and the professional way that KBA does business. Replaced kitchen cabinets, replaced countertops, redid ceiling lights also replaced cabinets, sinks,countertops and lighting in master bath. All accomplished while I was out of town. Very happy with results. They made some very helpful suggestions. All of the subcontractors knew what they were doing. The granite people were very helpful as well.
