I want to highly recommend Vivienne Notelovitz of Kitchens Designed by Vivienne,LLC. She has done two projects for us. I first used Vivienne for a kitchen remodel on our 1964 home. She came, found out our wants, needs and answered questions. I was blown away when she returned with 4 possible solutions in a binder that we could take to any contractor to use. We decided to use a contractor she often worked with, G+C Construction, and decided on the one solution we liked best. She accompanied us to product shops for granite, tile, sink and hardware. She checked back with us as the remodel progressed and caught a misstep when the granite was being installed. She even designed the backsplash for our stove. She is like a miracle worker. I feel I can say that as I have a sister who has her own commercial design company, who learned a few tricks from Vivienne because she specializes in kitchens. We LOVE our new kitchen. It has everything we need and want and has increased the value of our home. Because she had done such a marvelous job on the kitchen, we asked if she did bathrooms too and thankfully, she did. Again, she did the info gathering and measuring for a master and a guest bath. Again, we chose the design we wanted. This included greatly increasing the size of a shower and closet. She accompanied us to source stores for tubs, sinks, tiles, and hardware. She was with us every step of the way. She greatly assisted with the “aging in place” concept and helped make it a place we hope to stay in for many years. Vivienne was a joy to work with. She was easy-going, personable and never pushy. She educated us along the way on things that work and things that don’t work as well. Design is her passion, and you could see it in everything she did. Budget wise, hiring Vivienne, a certified designer, saved us from making costly mistakes and she provided so much assistance throughout both projects. She was much more reasonably priced than I could imagine. I cannot recommend her highly enough. For any other remodel projects, she is where I will go first.

Vivienne was engaged to provide us multiple design options for a complete remodel of our kitchen in early 2022. She was very flexible as we worked through several versions and created some really great designs. The designs were top notch and extremely detailed. She was a great asset in selecting contractors and vendors and coordinating orders and deliveries where she had direct relationships with them. She provided oversight of the more important portions of the process. With her help we ended up with an amazing kitchen that we love

From the very first time I met Vivienne I knew she was honest, professional and practiced with integrity, which is rare to find today in the remodeling business. I was so afraid to start my kitchen remodel, it took me five years before I finally made the decision and Vivienne was exceptional throughout the project. As a single woman on a fixed income who heard many remodeling horror stories, I kept putting it off. I was concerned that the contractors who would be in my home wouldn't do the quality work if someone wasn't overseeing them. Vivienne took care of all of that. She is very particular about the contractors she works with, and every member of her team were wonderful. Her patience with all my calls, kindness to me and generous gift of her time is something I will be forever grateful for. Not a day goes by that I don't walk into my kitchen and think of the gift she gave me. She made my dream kitchen come true. My home is where I find peace and because of Vivienne and her team, my kitchen, which before the remodel was outdated and dark - has been transformed into a bright and cheerful place where I love to spend time with family and friends. I only wish I could do the rest of my house now. I sincerely thank Vivienne for her integrity and work ethic. I highly recommend her.

We have used Vivienne on four projects now. Two bathrooms and two kitchens. She does amazing work. Her designs are functional and efficient. She is very detailed and provides the full service. She is in the San Antonio area now and we highly recommend her. She is great.

I love my newly remodeled, incredible looking, very functional kitchen that Vivienne designed! This is the second project Vivienne created for us, as she helped us with an earlier home (that time was a new build). She was able to take my wishlist and design a kitchen that my husband and I love to use, both because it is a beautiful space and because we now have a place for everything (including the warming drawer that I always wanted). Her designs were exact and complete, meaning our contractor was able to create the space precisely. We very highly recommend Vivienne.

We hired Vivienne to redesign our kitchen dining space. She created 3 very unique plans with detailed drawings and building plans. After choosing a plan, we decided to hire her and her crew to demo and rebuild our kitchen space. Vivienne lead us through the complicated process of choosing tiles, counters, cabinets, plumbing, hardware and appliances for our job. She has great connections with local suppliers and helped us get the best prices in our materials. Her team did an excellent job implementing her plan. They draped and cleaned the area daily which cut down on the dust and chaos that happens during a major construction project. They hauled off their trash and our old appliances and never left our yard and driveway looking like a junkyard like many contractors do. Despite the supply chain backlogs, they finished the job ahead of the projected date and came back to complete little issues until we were completely satisfied. We absolutely love our new kitchen and cannot believe how beautiful everything turned out. Vivienne was up front about the cost and expectations from the very beginning and brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the project. I would definitely recommend Vivienne for any design project you are considering. She is a true professional and has the patience to work with you throughout the entire process.

Vivienne was truly wonderful to work with. She is professional in every way and was instrumental in bringing our dream kitchen to life. I had been planning our new kitchen for years, but Vivienne’s guidance took it to the next level! Vivienne develops several alternatives designs, and once a design is chosen, she provides detailed plans. Our project included a full remodel of our kitchen, butler pantry, and bar that involved moving walls, doors, plumbing and more. She exceeded my admittedly demanding expectations. We went with Vivienne’s recommendations for a contractor and for the cabinetmaker as well. Our contractor was great to work with, and our cabinets are gorgeous! We absolutely love our new kitchen! Vivienne earned 5 stars - we definitely recommend her!

Kitchens Designed By Vivienne. My wife and I were looking for someone to help us design our dream kitchen. We had some ideas, but needed someone with experience and vision to help make it a reality. Based on reviews I read on the internet, I contacted Vivienne and set up an appointment for consultation. We were most impressed with her willingness to listen to our ideas. She asked us what was most important that we wanted in our kitchen. Originally, we were just going to get ideas from her, but after the consultation, we knew we wanted her for the complete design package. Vivienne returned two weeks later with 4 complete designs for us to review. One of the designs, in her words, was “thinking outside of the box”. We definitely knew that she had listened to our ideas when we looked at her designs. We picked the design that suited us best, which was the one outside the box, but also included things most important to us. She made the entire process much less stressful for us and our contractor with the detailed design portfolio. It should be noted that we purchased our cabinets through Vivienne and we couldn’t be happier with them. Vivienne was on the scene when the kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops were delivered and installed and was always available to answer any questions we or our contractor had. Vivienne was a wealth of knowledge as where to go when it came time to choose flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplash and fixtures. She has developed relationships with vendors and contractors that were of great benefit to us. It was a pleasure working with Vivienne and we highly recommend her. She turned our dream into reality and we thank her every day.

Vivienne listened and took note of our style and budget for the project. She presented three plans for our kitchen and master bath which met our criteria. After our decision for a plan, she carefully made detailed drawings for the contractor. Vivienne assisted us with major fixture decisions and oversaw the entire remodel and all installations. We could not be happier with the end results. We highly recommend Vivienne to help with any remodeling projects.

I cannot say enough great things about Vivienne! She is so knowledgeable about design and easy to work with. She gave ideas for our kitchen remodel on the very first visit. She has an eye for detail and worked with us from design to paint color. Loved that she gave a binder with all the design changes to our kitchen showing measurements, cabinet style with handles, inserts for cabinets, etc. Even the contractor was impressed with the detail on our design. She did give a few options for our island style and explained the pros and cons to all. She can do a turnkey project or give names of subs she recommends. We would HIGHLY recommend Vivienne. We will definitely call her if we decide to change our master bath.

5 Stars!!!!! Vivienne was given the daunting task of turning a jack-n-jill bathroom into two separate bathrooms, one bath needed a closet. She knocked it out of the park!!!! Can't say enough great things about her professionalism, communication skills and organized methods to keep us all on track. She is patient, listens to your needs and offers great advice and suggestions. Can't wait to see what she does for our kitchen remodel !!!!!

We selected Vivienne based on her internet reviews and the pictures of some of her previous jobs. She really listened to our desires and produced 3 different concepts to help us decide on an approach. She was very helpful when it came time to select the various colors, backsplash, floors, and cabinet choices. Vivienne’s style is to be very open and straight forward. She will give her honest opinion, but in the end, she will support whatever you want to do. We were also very pleased with the contractor that she recommended as well as his crew. The job was complex in that some places required a customized fit. After each day’s work, they always cleaned up the area. They did everything they could to make the finishes touches exactly what we wanted Even though our kitchen is somewhat small, and an odd shape, it is now very functional. She was able to maximize the storage space. I still haven’t fill up all the shelves, but I am sure I will. If some issue should arise after the job is complete, she is still there for you. If you want your dream kitchen, we highly recommend Vivienne.
