Kitchens for Cooks/ Residential Design Services

Gary designed our new kitchen & we love it. He's very passionate about design! Sometimes you have to reign him in a little ($$$) as he gets so excited about the project & the new product$ available but if you set a budget & stay focused you'll be happy w/the results. He was ALWAYS available & replied quickly to calls. One 'mistake' ended up being my favorite part of my kitchen. When picking granite, we opted for conservative then when we went to buy it, it wasn't available. My husband was out of town so it was just Gary & me. Again, We walked through miles of granite slabs but this time I heeded his advice and my countertops are STUNNING. We also made a last-minute change to the backsplash when we found a new product. Again, this was a home run! We worked w/his contractor,Josh Peters whom I also highly recommend: calm and reliable;he actually told me he likes problems because he likes troubleshooting! It was a very positive experience. Just know your budget and your needs. So many options can be confusing....

Gary did a great job integrating our ideas into his basic concept. He quickly comes up with alternatives when a detail is not to our liking. He works with our contractor step by step to solve construction issues. His mark ups are very fair. When our desires caused an over budget condition, he worked with us to lower costs.
