Fabulous company to work with! Great selections and ideas. I interviewed three companies, and this was the only one to think outside of the box. The cleanest construction job ever. They cleaned up every day before leaving. Unheard of in this industry! Did not have to oversee the project. Just watched the progress happen. Great outcome, and would work with them again in the future. Worth every penny!!

Karen and Jacquelyn get high praises. From the moment you walk in the showroom and start looking at some ideas, you know you are in good hands. They are very educated when it comes to both design, finishes, and appliances (range, steam combo, coffee maker, you name it). They pick up on things you like that you may not have known you were drawn, and it may become one of the design elements they use (which is wonderful and really helps make a custom look). They will work to make sure you have a unique kitchen, bathroom, etc. I highly recommend them.

Karen has now helped us with 2 bathroom remodels and most recently a kitchen remodel. They are all beautiful! She really listens to what your desires are and helps to put everything together in an amazing way. She makes suggestions, but lets you make the final decisions. Kitchens Unlimited uses the best subcontractors and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have nothing but good things to say about the job that Lana Zepponi and Kitchens Unlimited did with my kitchen. Lana was engaged in the process from day one and created an excellent design plan that transformed my kitchen into the centerpiece of my home. She was also easy to work with, displayed a great attention to detail and gave careful thought to all aspects of the project. The entire Kitchens Unlimited team was professional and responsive - I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Karen Kassen is a highly credentialed and gifted designer indeed; she designed and implemented my brother's kitchen. She was recommended to me. The caliber, quality and professionalism of this company is unparalleled and I wouldn't consider using anybody else. Karen and Jacquelyn Sappenfield, and the entire Kitchens Unlimited team handled every aspect of the complete gut and rebuild of my kitchen, bar area and powder room. I highly recommend Dottie Petrilak and Kitchens Unlimited. What started out as a laundry room in need of remodeling turned into a lovely wine room/laundry room/message center. Dottie worked with our wants and needs, making every square foot useful. We were able to add cabinets for storage, create an office space complete with file drawers, add a dishwasher and wine refrigerator, hidden recycling/trash receptors, laundry basket storage, washer/dryer, and counters that outlined the room. My new multi-utility room is extremely useful and beautiful. I now purposely leave the door open to enjoy the view! Dottie fulfilled every request I had with the original space. We were amazed at what she was able to accomplish. She was a pleasure to work with and the upmost professional in design and customer service.

Carroll Bernard with Kitchens Unlimited in Memphis, Tennessee did an outstanding job with our kitchen renovation! She directed us through the whole process with great ideas to enhance our own: kitchen cabinets, appliances, lighting, paint color and granite. She was great at keeping on top of the subcontractors and went out of her way to come by often to see the progress. We started the demolition November 4 and had an operating kitchen December 23 . . . as promised! The entire Kitchens Unlimited staff as well as their subcontractors were all really nice to work with. I will recommend Carroll to anyone!

Carroll Bernard's company, Kitchen's Unlimited, came highly recommend to us for our kitchen remodeling project. My first meeting with Carroll reassured me that I was working with a professional. As a professional artist I already had chosen my cabinets, hardware and granite which Carroll embraced and enhanced. Her attention to detail, work schedule calendar, readily available and frequent updates made this project run smoothly. If I could hi-light 10 stars I would as a recommendation for using Carroll Bernard for any remodeling project.

Last winter we remodeled our master bath. Before the project started Dottie gave us clear plans as to the layout and examples of our finishes. The construction team were all given files containing plans, spec sheets, and they walked the site together before demo. We gutted the entire bathroom and sink areas, took down walls, moved the existing plumbing, moved an exterior window, and put up a new wall to take in some of the space from our master bedroom. The construction rolled along nicely and we now have our dream master bath and bedroom. Dottie is so knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I had a vision in my head and Dottie, using her design skills, completely brought it to life! I would highly recommend her to anyone and we are going to have her do our kitchen project too!

I would recommend Kitchens Unlimited to others. It definitely was a process, as Dottie kept saying we were lucky - we were not living in home at time. The cabinet craftsman were great in every way. I confirm that this is true.
