Yvonne was a joy to work with. She was receptive, communicative, creative, and professional. From the very start, I enjoyed collaborating with Yvonne on design and colors. She had great ideas and also supported my ideas. Once the building got underway, she kept us updated on what was happening every step of the way. We remodeled the condo's kitchen, bathroom and installed new flooring throughout. The place looks amazing! The workers that Yvonne hires are personable, respectful, and very knowledgable. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend Yvonne for any project.

We had Landivar Design remodel our Kitchen and Living Rooms and could not be happier. From our initial consultation with Yvonne, she was very prepared and listened to what we were looking for, while offering her own suggestions on what would make sense. Her computer renderings helped us make any modifications and maximize space limitations. She provided a clear description of costs, scope of work and timeline. Yvonne would check in on the progress every week to make sure the work was being done as contracted. Yvonne is also very knowledgeable in materials including cabinet, tile, flooring and countertops. She has a list of trusted vendors that made shopping for materials seamless. In addition, her contractor Leonel and his team did great work and were always on time, detailed and very professional. Overall we would recommend Landivar Design to our family and friends for any remodeling needs.

Had a wonderful renovation experience with Yvonne Landivar. She designed a beautiful kitchen/laundry room floor plan for us which was both practical, beautiful and made full use of the space. She gave me tips on which appliances to purchase, helped source tile and flooring and had great advice on cabinetry and countertops. I felt like she helped me make good decisions and the project turned out phenomenal. Her team was efficient and showed up everyday to the job site. Yvonne is attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns you have. I am definitely going to use her again for my next project :)

Yvonne has terrific design ideas. She has designed and remodeled our kitchen in 2007 and just completed the remodel of our bathroom in 2019. We love our kitchen and bathroom. Yvonne's team is very professional. They show up for work everyday. Yvonne is very helpful and patient. She is a fabulous designer. The helped with every step of the process.

I was very impressed with Yvonne's use of technology, her design capabilities and recommendations of materials and layout for remodeling our kitchen. She was able to provide a full rendering of the cabinets and floor plan of the new design, which gave me confidence it would turn out how I wanted. I had a basic concept of what I wanted, but she brought it to life and knew what to do to solve the quirks of limited space and layout. She's very professional, realistic and reliable to work with, her construction crew was great, and helped with other small 'fix it' projects that needed to be done throughout the house. I would definitely hire her again for any future projects I might have!

I am ecstatic about my new kitchen! Yvonne did a great job with the design, and I got everything I wanted and more. Her crew was excellent and they were all very easy to work with and accommodating. The kitchen and floors were completely gutted and new electrical, plumbing and gas lines were relocated. They installed all my new appliances as well. The entire job took 6 1/2 weeks and everything went smoothly. I made a couple of changes along the way and they did everything I asked. How often can you say that the workers showed up on time every day, were trustworthy in your home and were nice people to work with? I had initially met with several other contractors and gotten quotes from them. I chose Yvonne because I immediately clicked with her and knew she understood my vision. She was also the only one willing to give me quotes based on 3 different cabinet companies so that I could make the best decision for myself and was thoughtful of my budget. I would definitely recommend Yvonne and her crew for anyone doing a remodel. I will also use her when I remodel my bathrooms, which will be my next project. I can't say enough wonderful things about Yvonne Landivar and Leonel Gramajo (the project foreman) and their crew.

We have hired Yvonne @ Creative Construction & Design twice now. Yvonne has an excellent eye for color. In both instances, she has encouraged to do something different than we originally envisioned and both times we were extremely pleased with the outcome. We would hire her again.

I bought my kitchen from Yvonne from Creative Construction & Design a few months ago. Yvonne showed superior knowledge in cabinets and tiles. Her recommendation were extremely helpful. I got an extra discount when going through her rather than buying it directly through the store. Any issue that I had, she helped me resolved it. I would highly recommend her and definitely use her services again.

Creative Construction & Design and its principal Yvonne Landivar were terrific. Yvonne designed a beautiful master bathroom and closest in a space that was formerly a rental unit with a kitchenette and tiny bath. She made the best use of the space to give us something truly wonderful. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and look forward to using the bath and closet for years to come.
