Having Leicht to do my kitchen is one of the wisest decisions I made in renovating my home. They are very professional and their material is of great quality. Sharlyn, the senior designer is a very uplifting lady with extreme patience. She always addressed my problems promptly and provided me with numerous 3D visuals to allow me a thorough understanding of the design of my future kitchen. She was also very helpful and gave good advice in choosing the materials and colour that bring my dream kitchen to life. I also want to say special thanks to their installation team, Dimitri, Nikolai and Corneliu. I had a terrible time with all other renovation materials being delayed due to Covid. Dimitri however did his best to arrange the delivery and installation beautifully done on schedule. He even helped me solve the countertop installation problem and advised me how to get more space for a bigger drawer. They really treat their customers with kind hearts and provide the best they can do.

This was our second Leicht kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. When we decided to build our new home we didn’t bother looking anywhere else. We loved the first one and this one is even better. Sharlyn & all the staff are a pleasure to work with and the quality is fantastic.

Thanks to great team work from Appliance Haus, we have a pleasure to cook at the kitchen of our dream. We have to admit, we weren't the easy customers to deal with – watched way too many HGTV reno shows, had too many ideas and desires for our future kitchen. The space we are worked with was small and complicated, couple of times we changed our mind on what was already agreed on. Kitchen designer Sergei patiently and slowly guided us through the all steps of the kitchen renovation process, explained why some of the things that we wanted will not work, and always had a valuable advice for better use of space, layout or appliance choice. I cannot believe that he incorporated all our wishes. We love the result! I also want to say thank you to coordinator Dimitri, delivery and installation team – they did their best to fit delivery and installation dates to our busy schedule. Corneliu and Nikolai had to work with old house’s unleveled floor and walls but they did not complained once and reassured us that cabinets will be installed as per German’s standard. I can go on and on on this review but what I wanted to say is, if you wish your kitchen will look like it’s a picture from design magazine and it’s not only looks great but actually works in your space, visit Appliance Haus, have a cup of coffee, talk to one of their designers and become another happy owner of a great Leicht product.

I was being introduced by my friend to Liecht and was introduced to their kitchen designer, Sharlyn who helped me throughout the kitchen planning and designing with great understanding of my needs. She was very enthusiastic, cheerful and made me felt very comfortable to discussed all the different ideas I had in mind. I trusted her professional opinions and we were able to come up with a design that addressing all the elements I required for my new kitchen. The installing team with the site manager, Dimitri and the installer, Corneliu was also very efficient. Corneliu is a very experienced , skillful installer and knew the Liecht system well. He is very meticulous in his workmanship and tackle all the minor adjustments promptly and perfectly. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my new kitchen from Liecht where many of my friends commended on the quality of the materials other than the impressive European style.

We are very pleased with the outstanding job done by Appliance Haus & Kitchens, especially our designer Sharlyn who is professional and thoughtful. The new kitchen looks exactly as designed/expected, only the LEICHT materials feels better when it's all done. Great quality which you don't find in many stores. The installation and follow up service are also excellent. Thank you all and we will enjoy this new kitchen for a long time.

We met her many times and we changed the kitchen design every time we met. She responded to our questions quickly and with exceptional patience on every changes. The installation crew are amazing, they make sure every detail of the installation are accurate. They are very professional team and kept the place clean after every visits. Leicht kitchen cabinets are approximate 20 to 25% higher cost. But the quality and design are well worth the additional cost. We deeply appreciate your professional services. The kitchen renovation was a very significant part of the entire redesign of my suite. The quality of the cabinets, the professionalism of the installation and above all, working with Sharlyn, Senior Designer, was top drawer. Her patience was incredible and the result is stunning. Having been through a few renovations, this one was truly effortless in that the entire plan was executed without any flaws. Also a special mention to Sergei, Project Manager, who worked with my general contractor to make sure that everything was executed without any hiccups. I was also very impressed with the quality and design of the kitchen - this really stands out in the sea of mediocrity that is out there. Appliance Haus has done an amazing job with our kitchen, from design to installation to follow ups, everything is attentive. The cabinets built in Germany are very high quality, they are distinctive from what we often find locally in GTA. In my opinion one of the most important success factors of our project is the design and services provided by the designer, Sharlyn. Sharlyn is very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, open to any ideas yet always provide us with professional ideas and advice. Together with Sharlyn we built a unique kitchen with the different colours and materials offered by Leicht. (Now still need to finish up with the island light fixture then we can do some pictures). The installation team (Nikolai and Roy) did a great job on site. They are professional and flexible. We had a few minor follow up items after installation, Sergiy, Sharlyn and the installation team all responded very quickly. Amazing service overall. Thanks again.

Leicht Kitchens Haus team is very professional and pleasure to work with. The cabinets are made in Germany and are very good quality. The down side of it is that there is a fairly long lead time. But if you plan ahead of time, it is not an issue as the company keeps true to their dead lines. I did a few projects with them and the result is always beyond my expectation! That is why I keep coming back. Sharlyn, the designer, really knows how to listen. She is very open to any ideas and pays attention to every detail. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and hardworking person. By the end of the project I felt like we knew each other for 100 years. She brought my design ideas to realization and stayed within my budjet. Amazing job, thank you Sharlyn! Sergiy, the project manager, was making sure everything goes smoothly and on time (actually, the kitchen was delivered from Germany earlier than our due date). He double checked all the measurements on sight, answered all the questions and checked on the kitchen after installation. Special thanks to Corneliu, the installer. He is meticulous, very professional, clean and easy to communicate with. Excellent workmanship! I would definitely recommend Appliance House for kitchen or bathroom renovation projects.
