Renovating a kitchen can be stressful. Fortunately, we worked with designer 
Michelle Cuff of Main Line Custom Kitchens and had a great experience!
Shelly gave us an efficient design that looks lovely and opened up our
kitchen. We love the way everything looks and works together. Shelly is
 warm, friendly and easy to communicate with. She did everything in an
organized and timely fashion. She even accompanied us on a morning jaunt to 
Essence of Stone in Parker Ford, PA, to look at granite for countertops and
 stone tiles for our backsplash.

I am so thrilled with our newly renovated kitchen! Shelly was a joy to work with. She listened to our ideas and made them a reality. Shelly is a consummate professional. We used Main Line Custom Kitchens when picking out kitchen cabinets. Everyone there was great and easy to work with. We later called them back when we decided to redo our den area. They helped us with countertops and bookshelves. The den turned out great and made the flow of our workspace so much more functional. Great Team with expert ideas!!

We used Main Line Customer Kitchens and Shelly Cuff to redo our kitchen. They worked with us on a new design and followed through with timely and quality work. Shelly was always available to answer questions when we had them and brought the project in on budget. We love our new kitchen!

Dishonest owner took money form my parents and never performed to satisfaction. Her designs had mistakes. She refused to return the deposit after we fired her. worked slowly and took a lot of vacation during the time we dealt with her.

We worked with Shelly in kitchen design and it did not work out well. We wasted 2 months of our time and the deposit of 4700 dollars. Would never hire her agian. We were disappointed especially when she put a depth of the refrigerator of 24 inches when our friedge was 36 inches. Our contractor pick it up and then another kitchen designer also picked it up and fixed it. We ended up going with the entire different kitchen designer.

We have used Wellborn cabinets in several renovation projects so as we looked to start two bathroom remodels we were looking for a local Wellborn distributor. We contacted Mainline and made an appointment to meet with Shelly. She was very accommodating to our schedules. When we met with her she was very attentive to understanding what we were looking to do and to getting to really know our preferences and style. Shelly was excellent at promptly communicating with us throughout the process. After multiple meetings we ordered our cabinets through Mainline. Shelly kept us informed of the progress on our order. When the order arrived Mainline first received them and inspected each cabinet to make sure everything was correct to the order and that there was no damage. They then worked with our schedule to have them delivered to our home for our contractor to install. When the cabinets arrived we also checked them over. When we found some aesthetic things with a couple of doors and a drawer facing we contacted Shelly and she worked with Wellborn to get them resolved to our satisfaction. We would definitely work with Mainline again.

We were very satisfied with the excellent communication, guidance and products we received from Main Line Custom Kitchens! We experienced a disaster in our kitchen and Shelly provided a more efficient kitchen design, fine quality/updated cabinets, a huge improvement in lighting and recommendations for gorgeous counter tops and quality appliances. We would use Main Line kitchens again and would recommend their expertise!

Shelly was able to provide a great price for a quality product. We used her services to purchase kitchen cabinets. Originally, we were looking for all wood cabinets, we never dreamed we'd be able to get all wood CUSTOM cabinets in our price range. Even when a cabinet broke (after an overly zealous family member put full body weight into a pull out drawer), she was able to facilitate a repair without cost. Our kitchen is about a year and a half old and its looking beautiful and has all the function we had hoped for.

We had a wonderful experience working with Main Line Custom Kitchens! Shelly worked with us to create exactly what we wanted and at a budget we could afford. She walked us through the process, explaining each step, and keeping in touch with us throughout.

Jim from RCW designed our new remodeled kitchen. He was very attentive to our needs (we love to cook and eat, so functionality was a must for us) and our choices of materials and colors. He also recommended great companies for the installation of our new cabinets and countertops/backsplash. We love all the details and the overall appearance of our new kitchen. We highly recommend RCW!
