Shawn Mayo did our master bath remodel-we searched long and hard for the right contractor- when he arrived to give an estimate, we knew he was the one to hire-he is respectful, punctual and a perfectionist-he kept us informed throughout the project- he also helped us with design ideas- he fulfilled our vision and we love our new bathroom- we have hired him for other projects in our home.

Shawn just completed our kitchen renovation. We did extensive research on many contractors, Shawn’s references were the most impressive. The project itself turned out exactly as his design, on budget and on time! Shawn is very detail oriented, has a keen eye for design, and most importantly, great communicator! We had a wonderful experience, extremely happy with our new kitchen. We will definitely use Shawn again and will recommend to friends and neighbors!

Shawn completed a 3-part renovation project for us. He renovated our outdoor kitchen area and added a beautiful bar area, as well as renovated our master bath and a guest bath. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He was always professional, knowledgeable, transparent with cost and project details, and quick to respond. He communicated clearly about all aspects of the project and listened to our ideas, needs and wants. He was meticulous and detail-oriented throughout the process. He was an exemplary project manager. We did not have to worry about problems with timing, deliveries or quality. He took care of everything! I cannot tell you how thrilled we are with our kitchen remodel. It is absolutely stunning! Shawn listened to our ideas and came up with a design plan that has completely transformed our home. We ran into some issues (1970s home) and he tackled them head on, correcting mistakes that could've been dangerous to us down the road! If you are looking for an honest perfectionist, who works hard and has great design ideas - look no further! I never felt lost or confused about our progress, timeline, or pricing. Home bar/pub conversion

Not sure where to start with Shawn as I was blown away. He is a perfectionist, his work is to the highest standard with every detail accounted for. He is incredibly reliable and turns up on time every time. He keeps you informed throughout and has this incredible ability to suggest ideas and designs that compliment and enhance your vision and overall project. Giving 5 stars does not do him justice as he is the best by far and I would never use anyone else again!!

My house was built in 1921 and Shawn designed and built my kitchen addition and laundry room. It is such an incredible and perfect match. He also made an archway between my kitchen and dining room, had to reconfigure some stairs, and built new steps going to the basement. He was also involved with running some new sewer pipes. The corner cabinet Shawn built for my sink is sturdy, roomy and another perfect fit. I highly recommend Shawn Mayo for your next job. He is professional, very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and reliable.
