My husband and I absolutely love our condo, but needed to make a change so that our gorgeous ocean view can be enjoyed from all areas of the lower level. This change we decided would be to completely open up the kitchen to the living room and have one large, open & flowing space. Finding a great contracting company can be a challenge but Modern Concept Home was recommended to us by a friend who recently had a stunning renovation of her master bath completed. We started the process by making an appointment to speak with Tim. He was very knowledgeable and confident he could achieve our vision. The remodel is now complete and it is GORGEOUS! It ended up requiring the removal of complete wall without compromising the structural integrity of the building. It was a challenge, but MCH executed the job wonderfully! The choices of finishing materials is also extensive. We chose light slate flooring and sharp dark granite counter tops for a modern look (looks great with our stainless steel appliances). We are thrilled with the outcome and sure you will be also!

I had Tim from Modern Concept Home in charge of my kitchen demo and installation. My home is on the older side and the kitchen really needed some work, even becoming a safety concern in some areas. Not to mention it was very ugly! Being a wife and mom of 2 boys, I was worried that tearing out the kitchen completely would throw off our routine and be a frustrating experience. Thankfully Tim reassured me that getting jobs done correctly and in reasonable time frame is their specialty. I agreed with my husband to just go for it and I have never made a better decision! My new kitchen is beautiful and since I was able to add special design details as we went, it is my and my family’s favorite place in the house to hang out together. I found Modern Concept Home while browsing around online, read the reviews and decided to give them a call to get a quote for my master bath remodel. I own a condo in San Clemente, CA and after getting the building permits figured out I was ready to get started. The initial customer service was helpful, she girl took down all of my info and told me a licensed contractor would be in touch within 48 hours. The next day as promised, I received a call back and scheduled a time for him to come by discuss the project. My condo was built in the 70’s and as you could imagine every surface and fixture was horrendously outdated. I needed some serious help! What I found really great was the selection of wood finishes they have available. I was able to get the tile flooring, mahogany finish cabinetry and stone counter tops I really wanted. I do have a crazy schedule, so start to finish took about four weeks to get everything installed and running (literally). I must say, it was well worth it and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The thought of starting a remodel can be stressful but this company was very organized and kept the stress (and mess) to a minimum, which is what I probably appreciate the most!

We just completed our addition with Modern Concept Home about 3 weeks ago. We hired the company to put a one bedroom addition onto our home, to be used as a nursery. I must admit, I was nervous about having to worry about building permits and other such legalities in Beverly Hills. Tim came to our home for a consultation and reassured us that everything would be handled and he was very thorough and professional from start to finish. The addition is just how we had imagined and the project was completed a few days before schedule, which we appreciated. The room is beautiful complete with crown molding and French doors leading to the back yard patio. It really matches the style of the rest of our home, which was very important to us. All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome of our home addition.

A+! I LOVE it! I called Modern Concept Home to just re-do my master bathroom. I realized half way through that I also wanted to add walk in closets. I felt bad thinking that this request for a project add on would be an issue, but it wasn’t! All of the cabinetry options are really pretty and it was hard to choose my favorite, but now I feel like my favorite places in the house are my bathroom and master closet! I will definitely be calling them again for my next project, which I’m thinking will be the kitchen after seeing Tim‘s before/after pictures. I highly recommend them, very professional and had a great experience!

Using Modern Concept Home and their contractor, Tim was a great choice for our remodel. My wife and I moved to Orange County close to a year ago. I am a serious home cook, and the kitchen and bath were very outdated and in need of some sprucing up to say the least. My wife and I have very different styles and it’s not always easy to come to a decision that makes us both happy (I have since learned that a happy wife equals a happy life). I was very impressed with the amount of choices there were as far as tile and finishes! She got her traditional double sink vanity and I got my sleek contemporary kitchen with travertine flooring to keep it all cohesive. The whole remodel was finished in just under two months, which was fantastic and Tim did a beautiful job and really made it happen for us!

After having spent days looking for the perfect kitchen remodeling company, I stumbled across ModernConceptHome, and I was very drawn to some of their kitchen designs. I contacted the company, and told them I was interested in renovating my kitchen to give it a more modern touch. After getting back to my emails, they suggested various kitchen ideas and designs, and showed me which ones were popular among their clients. Having decided on a kitchen design (Modular Project Built-in Lacquer Kitchen Cabinet), they came to my house and installed the kitchen. Overall the installation process took about two and a half months. During that time, the craftsmanship and care that the company put while working on the kitchen was fantastic. Every single detail and request that I had was fulfilled. Throughout the entire process, the company treated me with a very personal touch, was responsive to my questions and concerns, and helped create something special in my home.
