New Century Kitchen & Bath

There is no customer service . No one knows what is going on and they don’t even know their own subcontractors. They try and ghost you until the warranty is up . Could not get a manager or owner to return my calls. I spent quite a bit of money with this company and they screwed me over for $180 labor job that was in warranty if they responded on time . Will not be using them in the future or could recommend anyone to use them

Disappointed and lack of follow through. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere - run away! RUN AWAY! Don't trust this provider.

I have worked with this company for several kitchen and bath projects and highly recommend them! They have an extensive selection of cabinets, counter tops, tiles , plumbing and more. It is a true one stop shop for all you remodel needs.

Andy and Hope gave personalized services and expedited every step of my project- second floor bed and bath, kitchen remodel and kitchen addition. They revised my architect’s drawings to make my kitchen design more efficient and beautiful. My house looks better than anything you will ever see on hgtv!

New Century did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom. They gaveus great ideas that we would not have come up with on our own. Their workmanship was excellent, and they were very dependable. They showed up when they promised, and on time too. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I am so glad and pleased we found New Century for our recent remodel. We did our kitchen, master bathroom, laundry room, change whole house's flooring to hardwood and addition to our entryway. I work very closely with Jason (the owner) and Tania (designer) and very pleased with the outcome. They have high standard of workmanship and all their crew are very courteous and friendly. Construction site is always clean. Jason is very attentive to details. He gave estimation quote close to the actual cost. Most important thing is he is very responsive and always available when we need him. I also enjoyed working with Tania (our designer) who knows very well what you want and able to turn your dreams into realization. I would use them again for our next project of remodeling another two bathrooms.

All marble in kitchen, 3 baths & living room fireplace were cleaned and sealed. Very big job as the kitchen island is over 9X4 square feet plus all counters and the master bath is huge. It all looks new and is protected. The men were clean, professional, polite and courteous. I had to go to work and I came to the work complete, a clean home that was closed up correctly. All other clients and friends I have recommended New Century Marble to have had the same experience.

New Century Marble & Granite completed the remodel of our kitchen, master bath and powder room in September 2011. It was a large scale remodel which involved the partial demolition of our kitchen. They did a great job and we are pleased with the end results. After we bought our home, we started to look for a contractor to remodel several rooms in our house. We contacted Jason and he gave an immediate estimate after just one visit. He showed us detailed drawings of our kitchen in which he changed the layout completely, and helped us select cabinetry, plumbing supplies, tile/marble and fixtures. He not only is a contractor but also a knowledgeable designer. Jason and his team are outstanding and very professional. Ping and his assistant did most of the work starting with demolition. They did a high quality job, and were very careful and detail oriented. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The quality of their marble and tile work is also top-notch and beautifully done. New Century uses their own employees instead of subcontractors, which makes the communication process easier. Whenever there is a problem, we just call Jason, and he always promptly returns my call and resolves the issue. New Century provided one-stop shopping and a stress free remodeling experience. I just want to thank New Century for their outstanding workmanship and I strongly recommend them.

Hope and Tanya designed my bathroom. the design was suburb and functional. the material they picked was not only superior, but came in the budget i required. they used all top of the market fixtures and tiles, in addition to the most beautiful quartzite counter tops and accents in my oversized steam shower. i would recommend new century to any one who asks
