I highly recommend New Idea Kitchen & Bath. I was very excited to create a new kitchen, but did not know where to start. Dorelys and Oliver were fun to work with, easy to get a hold of, and held my hand throughout the entire process. Dorelys offered great advice and was very patient while I took my time to figure out what I truly wanted in my kitchen. After the decision making process, Dorelys and Oliver were very highly involved to ensure the contractors were completing the project in a timely manner. They were a delight to work with and I look forward to working with them to redo my bathroom.

My kitchen remodel took place in the summer of 2020, right in the middle of COVID-19. While there were longer wait times because of shortage of personal and materials, our customer service rep stayed on top of things by calling the company often and then relaying the message to me. She was a good listener getting me what I wanted. Her attention to correct measurement was precise permitting the installer to put everything in place with little effort. I really like my kitchen.

Our experience was great, with my current kitchen layout we struggled with ideas of designs but after working with New Idea Kitchen & Bath we were able to come up with a design that incorporated all of our primary needs and was still functional. Due to unforeseen circumstances after placing the order for our cabinets we needed to cancel the order to focus of other more pressing issues. The process of canceling the order was completed promptly after confirmation of cancelation from the manufacture. We do still plan on engaging New Idea Kitchen & Bath in the near future.
