I contracted with KSI for a complete kitchen renovation in my 150 year old house. Nicole Pilon was my designer and did an excellent job. I brought in a bare bones design and she worked with it and offered good suggestions to make it all work. She put it all together so I could see what the result would be and was responsive to my additional ideas. She was very professional and has a personal touch to her relationships. She communicated well with me and clearly knows her business. She put together a clear budget that worked for me and made sure I understood how it worked. There were no surprises. I highly recommend Nicole Pilon and look forward to working with her again.

Nicole was knowledgeable, available, timely and had gorgeous design ideas. She was able to quickly understand our design needs and our sense of style. She pared down options for us so that we could easily make decisions which suited our needs. She was friendly and professional and I am overjoyed that she was the designer who helped us pull it all together!

Nicole assisted us with our kitchen cabinet layout and selection. She was excellent to work with and really helped us consider all possible layout options. In the end, the kitchen layout was perfect, and the spacing and flow was just right. Nicole was extremely respectful of budget constraints and was in fact extremely helpful and transparent about providing estimated costs to help our decision making. Nicole was never pushy or offended when we opted to use our own contractors / vendors versus ones associated with KSI. I would highly recommend Nicole and her colleagues at KSI to anyone looking to re-design their kitchen.

The bathroom off the master bedroom was really small and in terrible condition. Between my ideas and Nicole Pilon's along with Mike the contractor, we came up with a beautiful renovation. Nicole guided us thru picking out the products as well as the design portions, and assisted us with the financing too. She answered all of my many questions along the way. Everything happened on schedule and we are very pleased with the end result.
