Vickie did window treatments for three rooms in my house. She worked with me to understand my style and find fabrics that fit perfectly with what I was looking for. She was thorough in the design, provided updates without being asked, and everything was finished and installed by the promised date.

In the duration that I personally worked with Vickie we completed multiple projects (big and small). She knew what the customer wanted and kept their ideas in mind when choosing products for their project. Vickie is very detailed-oriented and effectively communicates expectations for both the client and herself. She seeks creative alternatives, such as creating own backsplash designs that sold several design projects. She achieves optimal levels of performance and accomplishment for all her clients as well as motivating her team to creative levels and pushed us to the next level of design.
