While the person I worked with at Page on my kitchen was very nice, I’m sorry to say that she made a colossal mistake when drawing up our plans, In spite of her having copies of our architects drawings, as well as having visited our job site twice to double check on the measurements, she still managed to add 29” of length to one of the cabinet walls which ended up costing me thousands of dollars including: the price of cabinets we purchased but weren’t able to use, replacement cabinets we were forced to buy when the space had to be reconfigured and additional customizations costs paid to our contractor in an effort to make what remained more functional. Even though our sales person fully acknowledged her mistake, Page refused to discuss making any kinds of amends to us because we had signed off on the plans and failed to recognize the sales persons mistake. While the entire situation was infuriating and beyond disappointing, I was particularly angry about having paid Page for a larger counter top than they would actually need to purchase from a sub contractor for my job. I couldn’t understand how it was Page’s policy to keep a costumers money for a mistake their sales person made for a product which they hadn’t even purchased yet. I had to go several rounds with my sales person regarding this point before finally persevering and receiving a small refund for the price difference between the size of the original planned counter top and the smaller one which we actually needed. There appear to be plenty of positive reviews about Page’s services and while it’s nice to know for the most part that things go right for their customers, anyone whose thinking about using Page needs to be aware that when things go wrong, Page has no sense of responsibility to their customers and it could end up costing you thousands of extra dollars for a kitchen that is less than functional and disappointing. I’m sorry to report this is exactly what happened to me.

Zaneta, in the Pawling showroom, was very helpful from start to finish with our kitchen remodel project. She gave us three different designs to choose from, and helped with the many detailed decisions that needed to be made along the way. She was available via phone or email to answer questions and give additional guidance as needed. I would highly recommend her! We are thrilled with the final outcome.

Subsequently, the details of the project were attended to and addressed flawlessly by my designer, Zaneta. Her ongoing communication right through the installation of my countertops provided complete confidence that I had made the right choice. The installation crew did a great job as well.

My husband and I shopped around to get our kitchen counter top replaced. The staff at the Patterson location were very helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. The communication that we had with the team was very good! We would definitely recommend Page lumber to friends and family for their home projects.

I would highly recommend Eileen Wozniak with Kitchen & baths!! She was amazing, professional, personable & so easy to work with from beginning to end. She was able to advise me with design ideas making my new house build so much easier. My project consisted of 2 kitchens, 8 baths & a Wet Bar. She was able to manage it all keeping everything labeled & organized. I called her after the project was over and she still gave me advice that helped me order items to fit within the space given!! You will be VERY HAPPY having Eileen work with you on all your Kitchen & Bath projects!!!

I have had 2 kitchens and 6 bathrooms done in the last 6 years (2 separate homes). I have worked with Eileen Wozniak at Page both times. She is amazing! Always professional, and knowledgeable and very personal at the same time. I explained the look I was going for & what my budget was. She gathered several samples of cabinet, counter tops, sink, hardware for cabinets and anything else that was needed. She was easy to get a hold of by phone and easy to work with. She even delivered my bathroom counter tops personally, because they arrived a day after my scheduled delivery date. I have been extremely happy working with Eileen and absolutely love how my kitchens & bathrooms turned out. You will be in great hands if you work with Eileen!

I have been shopping at the Pawling Page for years. It is convenient, competitively priced and offers great customer service. Last Fall I decided to remodel my kitchen and my first stop was Page. My initial contact with Zaneta, the store designer was so pleasant. She is a soft spoken and knowledgeable woman. I really was starting at square one. We discussed my space, budget and what I needed from a remodel. She showed me the various cabinets they carry and walked me through several brands and selections. She came up with a design that appealed to me right away. I wasn't moving the location of the appliances and sink to keep cost down, it was functional. But Zaneta came up with a very clever pantry and coffee bar design that is now my favorite part of the design, as well as a small and very functional island. We met several times with Zaneta and every time was a pleasure, she offered great ideas of color and countertops. Zaneta was instrumental in coordinating deliveries, templating scheduling and following up on a few minor issues with the cabinets. It was a pleasure working with her, Zaneta came up with a highly functional and beautiful design for my kitchen. I am glad I chose Page and got to work with Zaneta.

I found Zaneta from Page Lumber to be highly knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful in helping me put together a design for our barn kitchen. Not only did she construct a solid visual plan but followed through with on-site visitation to ensure all went well. Eileen Wozniak, the Kitchen Designer at Page Lumber was a god-sent in our recent complete kitchen renovation! She came up with a crucial repositioning of our appliances when visiting our old kitchen at the start of the process, and worked with us cheerfully and competently in multiple sessions to design the perfect set of cabinets, sink, faucets, and tiles. And when some small problems arose after cabinet delivery and during installation, she was on hand at the drop of a pin to trouble shoot and fix what needed fixing. We could not have done it without her and are deeply grateful for her help in making our kitchen so much more efficient and our home so much more beautiful!
