I used T.S.A Trade Services Alliances Inc. for my recent large scale home renovation and am thoroughly pleased with the final result. I’ve undergone several property renovations and this was by far the easiest one to navigate through. Michael provided a detailed estimate that included several options to fit my budget. Prior to any changes, he consulted with me so there were not any financial surprises and I stayed within my budget. He has a very talented crew who take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product! I’ve truly enjoyed working with Michael and liked his work so much that I have asked him to work on 2 other properties I own! No renovation is enjoyable to live through, but Michael and his crew eased the burden and did their best to get the job done in a timely manner. This year we had an unfortunate incident happen at one of our locations, fortunately we found T.S.A Trade Services Alliance to help us repair the property. T.S.A. was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond their regular services. They advised us on other deficiency and helped us work with our landlord in identifying other potential safety issues that needed to be addressed. This organization is truly of the heart and saw the importance of our vision and mission and they continue to assist us. We would highly recommend T.S.A .

Michael was great to deal with. We had him estimate repairs to our popcorn ceilings but ultimately decided to have them scraped, filled smooth and painted while the condo was empty. His crew started on time, sealed off and protected the areas not being done (even our newly cleaned carpets). They were fast and the ceilings look great. They cleaned everything up so you would hardly have known they were there except for a small amount of dust which we had been told to expect. The only thing we hadn’t understood was that we had to remove the light fixtures and drapery tracks. Luckily we went by to see if they had started and were able to remove the light fixtures. We couldn’t remove the drapery tracks because they were already sealed behind the plastic. They did a great job job of finishing right up to the track and the headers cover the edge so it all worked out. We would recommend this contractor and rate 4.5

Michael was very professional, helpful and delivered on his promise! We needed all our kitchen drawer boxes replaced and I was not hopeful to find anyone to do it for a reasonable price, and certainly not before Christmas. Michael provided a reasonable quote, had the drawer boxes made AND installed before Christmas. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to use this company again.

PAINT ETC Home Renovation is definitely the best—hands down. They are methodical, persnickety, and knowledgeable about what they do. We hired them to fix an originally built bathroom by someone we paid too much but did some run-of-the-mill workmanship that eventually needed a complete renovation. The PAINT ETC tradespeople did their job with precision and on schedule. They consulted with us as to what finishes and materials we want. They would come early in the morning, and each day, I noticed the reno’s upward progress. Within a week, the work was completed to our delight. We do not hesitate to hire them again in the future. Their pricing is reasonable, with no hidden charges. I dare say they are the best and the most honest company you’ll find in the Greater Vancouver area. I trust that you’ll be glad, too, if you hire them for your home projects.

FULL GUT RENOVATION OF 1974 TOWNHOUSE Like most of the homes built in the Lower Mainland circa 1970s, my house was designed and built by a developer who was never going to live in it. Although the bones of the home were maintained the layout and finishes were mid-century cheap. Micheal Montanaro and his team of professionals from Trade Service Alliance transformed my dated boxy townhouse into the talk of the neighbourhood. Mine was a large-scale renovation that involved the entire home and required a great deal of coordination. Micheal’s handling of the work was professional, thorough, and he paid attention to every little detail. This was my first major renovation and Micheal’s calm efficiency and respect for my budget was constant. Most importantly was Micheal’s dependable communication. Micheal always picked up my calls or returned them within the hour. I was never left to wonder what was happening in the progress of my renovation. Micheal listened to what I wanted, and would make suggestions that would enhance the design. I made some bold choice in my décor and Micheal was supportive and eagerly helped me find the finishes that would make my home unique. It is with the highest confidence that I am recommending Micheal Montanaro as a contractor. Micheal was honest, dependable, and professional at all times.
