From the day I met with Patrick and his team, I knew he was the best choice for my two bathroom remodeling projects. Everything from the ideas, design of cabinets, communication, to the workmanship was absolutely amazing! Patrick managed all aspects of the projects. The projects finished ahead of schedule by 3 weeks! In the past, I used to be the acting general contractor, I'll never do that again after the fantastic experience with Patrick Finn & his talented team!

We had Patrick Finn remodel our kitchen, full bathroom and basement. During the entire process, Patrick was very professional and open to discuss all facets of the project. Patrick was extremely thorough, as each room was opened up to the studs, so structural integrity could be examined. Patrick had open communication throughout the entire project. We met with his crew weekly, in addition to up to the minute reports online. We were always aware of decisions that we needed to make or things that we needed to do as part of the timeline. Patrick stuck pretty close to the predicted timeline. We felt that it was so important to be able to communicate concerns with Patrick, and this was absolutely true--we could talk directly to Patrick any time we needed. Patrick was always available to investigate, explain, and resolve any concerns we encountered. Patrick listened to our desires and needs from the beginning. He understood how utilizing the kitchen was very important to us and he helped to arrange the counters to provide more space for cooking & entertaining. Also, Patrick realized that we needed more space, especially for storage, so he worked to provide ample cabinets in kitchen and spacious closet in the basement. We are so pleased with the quality of Patrick's work. Our kitchen is beautiful! All the cabinets exemplify high craftsmanship. Patrick was aware of our budget limits and he was able to provide quality materials within our budget. It has been a great peace of mind to know that Patrick was concerned about out opinions and that he backs up his workmanship after the job is complete. As we embarked on this project, it was important to us to be able to comfortably communicate during the entire experience, and Patrick was always easy to share our thoughts with.

Patrick Finn and his team are all extremely professional and hard-working. We were most impressed with Greg and Carlos on their high quality workmanship and neatness. Jeff, the project manager, was also very responsive and kept the job on track. The only downside was the designer assigned to our job; she was extremely professional and nice but just not experienced enough. Overall, we were very pleased with the end result!

I hired Patrick A Finn, Ltd to do a basement egress windows project. My experience working with this firm was extremely good. I met with Patrick at the beginning of the project to go over the work in detail along with the related costs. I again met with Patrick at the end of the project to review the work and to make sure I was 100% satisfied. After conducting a large amount of online research, interviewing 3 different design/build companies, talking with past customers, and seeing actual remodeling projects, we chose Patrick A. Finn for our kitchen remodel. He did an amazing, spectacular job. Our original kitchen was tiny, dated, and closed off from the other rooms. We weren’t even sure what the possibilities were for this tiny kitchen. The only thing that we really knew is that we wanted more room so that we could entertain family and friends. The design that they came up with was gorgeous. It allowed for a large island, the removal of 2 walls, and the open feeling that we wanted. Along with the kitchen redesign, we also added hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor, a new front door, new stairs leading up to the second story, new white interior doors, and new white interior baseboards. Basically we have a new first floor and we love it! Each morning that we sit at our island eating breakfast, we look around at the quality workmanship and are so pleased that we chose Patrick A. Finn. A shout out also goes to G2 (nickname for their master carpenter, Greg) who provided the detail to the cabinets and tiling. We highly recommend Patrick A. Finn. We recently had Patrick A. Finn, Ltd remodel our hall bathroom. It was wonderful to work with Patrick and his architect on the planning of the space. Working with his designer for selecting beautiful cabinets, tile and counter tops made the process so easy. The crew did a wonderful job and their workmanship is outstanding! Our remodeled bathroom looks great!

After downsizing from 4 bedrooms to 2, I realized that I didn't have room for guests who wished to stay more than a couple of nights. The solution was to convert part of the basement to a guest suite, but how to envision this was beyond my capabilities. Patrick's team created a perfect plan, worked with me on a couple of minor changes and took care of every detail with professionalism. The end result is a well built, code compliant, BEAUTIFUL space that I now get to furnish and decorate. I will happily recommend them to others and will use them again should I decide to update additional areas in my home.

Patrick A. Finn, Ltd is a fantastic company to work with if you are considering remodeling your home or building a new home. His team is very professional and knowledgeable and produce high quality work. They are truly expert craftsmen. Patrick worked with us himself, in order to provide us with the results that we wanted. His input was incredibly valuable. His team, especially the finish carpenters who are excellent craftsmen, and the interior designer, who helped us design the two upstairs bathrooms and change the palette for our wall color, expertly guided us along the way, paid careful attention to detail, and included us in important decision making as our project progressed. At the end, our entire second floor of the house was remodeled, with addition of a new master bedroom suite, in the craftsman style. We are thrilled with the outcome and work quality. Patrick A. Finn has done an addition for us in the past as well as an extensive kitchen renovation. His crew is currently installing new windows for us and we plan to hire him to install a fireplace. We are very satisfied with the excellent quality and craftsmanship we have received as well as the timeliness, cleanliness and friendliness of Patrick and his team.
