Founded in 1993, Pine Street Carpenters, Inc., is an award-winning design-build remodeling firm located in West Chester, PA. We provide design, remodeling and cabinetry solutions for the entire home, working throughout the Philadelphia region, including the Delaware and New Jersey shore points. Pine Street is a professional and talented team that has built relationships with excellent subcontractors. They helped us update the 4 bathrooms in our 145 year-old brick Victorian. It is no easy task to deal with all of the surprises an old house reveals during a project, but they gave us peace of mind throughout. Our new baths blend perfectly with the home's historic architecture while still being modern, luxurious, unique, and beautiful. Thank you Pine Street!

The team at Pine Street Carpenters delivered excellent service and craftsmanship throughout our remodeling project. Our designer provided thoughtful options on layout, materials and finishes. The construction team is highly skilled and professional. When unexpected issues arose during demolition, they found creative solutions to keep the designs intact. The cabinet installers gave attention to every detail in the finish work. The project was well organized and kept on schedule. We had effective communication with the office and on-site teams to address questions throughout our project. We are very happy with our new kitchen, laundry and powder room.

Pine Street Carpenters did a fantastic job on a remodel and refresh of our entire home’s interior. From the start of the project to the end we were impressed with the professionalism, prompt communication, dependability, and thoughtfulness of every member of the team. The project management, estimating, and scheduling were top-notch; worked within budget and on time. Pine Street Carpenters & Kitchen Studio were a pleasure to work with start to finish. I knew I had structural issues in my kitchen and that I needed new cabinetry at the least. I also knew that I needed project management to manage all the pieces. They came through and more. I worked closely with the designer who not only brought her ace design skills but also her listening skills. The resulting design reflected that she listened to me, about how I wanted to be able to use my kitchen. She also empowered me to make decisions about specific items for the kitchen. She brought ideas that I would never have thought of. The team brought project management to my project from day 1. I never had to worry about carpenters or electricians showing up when they were needed. They provided key contacts and a process - that meant I never had to wonder who to talk to if I had a question or problem. Every team member who worked on my kitchen - from demolition to reframing the floor to project managers - brought excellent skills and expertise that show in the finished kitchen. My family & I are delighted with the result and are so happy to be able to use the kitchen every day!

Our kitchen project was a full renovation; cabinets, countertop, flooring, lighting, etc. The designer, Matilde, worked with us to provide a beautiful design that also optimized functionality and storage while keeping within the existing kitchen footprint. She listened to our initial ideas and built upon them with some very clever and appealing enhancements. The on-site project manager, Damian, was fantastic and oversaw the demolition, construction and installation teams. Everyone was courteous, professional and respectful and always left the house clean at the end of the day. We could not be happier with the final result; every day we talk about how great the kitchen looks. We highly recommend Pine Street Carpenters for any home renovation project. Pine Street completely renovate our tired 1980’s house making it feel like a warm and inviting home. The planning and execution of this project was amazing. I felt involved at every step working with Dana and the team to ensure the home reflected us. This project was on time and on budget! Jimmy and Justin were amazing craftsmen who made suggestions along the way - it made it feel like they were working on their own home. Despite every floor surface of our home changing, we never felt like the house was a mess or we couldn’t still live comfortably in the house during the project. This team was neat and tidy and respected our activities during construction. This is my 4th project with PCS because of the craftsmanship, the integrity of the team and the ease of which to work with every member of the project. I give PSC 10 stars!

Pine Street Carpenters will do an excellent job for you. They completed my kitchen and my whole first floor remodel in the 3 months that I was promised. I have dealt with many contractors and this company really cares and takes the time to get everything right. They assist you with the preparation needed prior to your project and spend a couple days cleaning up and getting everything back in order at the end of the remodel. They have a team of designers who are wonderful and will spend as much time as you need to get your home the way you envision. They are very organized and will send you updates as the project progresses. Pine Street uses top notch subs as well. All were very responsive and eager to please me. Home projects can be very challenging, but this has been one of those rare occasions where I can honestly say I have had a very positive experience.
