Plaistow Cabinet designed and installed the custom kitchen cabinets in our new-build home. From start to finish, they did an outstanding job. Cheryl worked with us extensively on the design and delivered a beautiful and functional end result. We liked that Cheryl was able to creatively resolve challenges in the design that included a floor-to-ceiling design with two glass door cabinets and a farmer’s sink. The design matched our vision and the installers brought that design to reality. The installation was impressive. Everything was perfectly level, fully operational with zero defects. You can see in the end result their attention to detail. The hardware selection was challenging, but we love what we chose and the installer installed the hardware perfectly. The end result is a perfectly functioning kitchen with that WOW! Factor – people cannot believe how good it looks when they see it. Just a great job from design-to-installation. My wife and I did a kitchen renovation and then a mudroom upgrade a year later. We worked with Stephanie B for both projects. Stephanie is a true professional. No detail was overlooked, from design to hardware to installation. Communication was spot-on at every step of the way. She provided numerous design options and design renderings to show exactly what the room will look like, right down to the cabinet color. Coordination with the granite installer was seamless. We were THRILLED with our new pantry cabinets. Cheryl was a Huge Help with the design work and the style/color selection, and even helped customize the job to meet our budget! Installation was seamless, and Rich was professional and skilled in bringing in the large side by side cabinets and making them look like a part of the wall. We bought the kitchen cabinets from Plaistow Cabinet and had them installed by them. Was a very good experience. Cheryl did our design, she is an experienced designer and a very nice person to work with, always listened carefully to our ideas and didn't rush us with any decisions. Made the final design very functional and beautiful. We chose Shiloh white cabinets, flush inset and we are happy with our new kitchen. We didn't need to exchange any pieces, they all came in good shape when delivered. I had an idea of what I wanted; she refined it and made great practical suggestions—right down to the last detail. (i.e. put your hand around those display cabinet pulls and see if you like that feel; or that style might hook clothing etc ). She was wonderful about redoing plans — I think we had 4 or 5 revisions. There was no pressure— I visited their showroom quite a few times to wander around and refine ideas. BEST part—once I was ready to go Cheryl was on top of everything! When she received the cabinet delivery dates everything got scheduled— rip out, install, countertop template and install. And they worked around my schedule for having a new kitchen floor installed between cabinet rip out and new cabinet install. Thorough with great follow up to make sure all details were addressed. Cheryl is a knowledgeable designer and works with a great team!

Building a new home with so many details and deadlines is a stressful and daunting task. Thankfully Cheryl Fyfe couldn’t have made it any easier. Cheryl was on top of all the details. Coordinating with the appliance and countertop vendors for our kitchen, bathrooms, and study. She came out to take measurements and make sure everything was precise. We decided to undertake a kitchen extension and a half-bath renovation project. Plaistow Cabinet renovated our kitchen back in 2013 and we were very happy with their work, so we decided to re-engage them. This time around we worked with Veronica as the designer and project manager. I'm picky and detail-oriented and found Veronica to be patient, cheerful, and on top of things throughout the process. All construction projects hit bumps, what matters is how those situations are handled. Our bump was handled extremely well by Veronica and resulted in a very positive and satisfactory outcome. The kitchen extension and bathroom renovation look fabulous! In fact, you'd never know the old from the new. I'm very glad we received such excellent service, on both occasions, from Plaistow Cabinet and I highly recommend Veronica's services.

We discovered Plaistow Cabinet at the Home Show and followed up with an appointment and visit to their extensive showroom where we met Stephanie. She spent the better part of 2 hours discussing our project with us and we decided on the new countertop material after she provided a competitive quotation for the work. COVID delayed spring implementation but Stephanie respectfully kept in touch via email once a month until we were more comfortable with having others in our home and were ready to roll. To our distinct advantage Stephanie suggested another visit to their showroom to see several new styles that had become available and she made sure we brought an existing cabinet door to see how the new countertop materials would blend with our kitchen. We reached a new and better decision during that visit! Stephanie guided the installation process which had several important job requirements such as one-piece corners, new sink cradle and things we had not fully considered. During the prep work their carpenter, also excellent by the way, suggested adding corner rounds as a finishing touch and Stephanie left the showroom to bring them to our home which was really nice. She is very thoughtful and has great attention to detail which comes with her many years working with many clients. She was patient and guided us to a fine conclusion; we are extremely pleased with the final product!

Plaistow has all the updated tools to really help with the design process so I was able to visualize every detail. This is not the case with other companies in the area. The process has been seamless, they connected or referred me to the stone company, appliance company, lighting and hardware. When you are doing such a time consuming and expensive project all of this is very helpful. I am thrilled Jessica is now with them and now has all of the best options to offer at her fingertips! Before meeting Cheryl Fyfe at Plaistow Cabinet, I had really precise ideas and styles of cabinetry that we wanted in our kitchen, but were unsure of where to start, or what type of layout that could be accommodated in our space. The process was simple, we found what we wanted quickly, and she helped us keep the cost within our budget. After using the kitchen for about a month now, the layout is SO functional, the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, and I am so happy to have had her help on designing and planning this project. There were steps in the process that were challenging, but Cheryl and her team were able to give very direct and efficient advice that coordinated with our ideas. We had a very positive experience with Plaistow Cabinet specifically with Kelly Lloyd. It had been 30 years since we had ordered new cabinets. As you can imagine this experience had changed greatly. Decided to do a major kitchen remoldel and recieved designs and estimates from multiple cabinet places including large box stores. I was buying the cabinets and installing them myself. A coworker had just done a remoldel and highly recommend Plaistow Cabinets. So glad he did! Walked in and was intruduced to Sheryl for a kitchen design. She showed me the Shiloh cabinets they sell and immediately could tell that this was the cabinet I wanted. Loved the quality and customability with most options having no upcharge. Much better than the other lines we were looking at in other stores. I cannot say more great things about Sheryl. She listened to what we were looking for and provided help with her great opinions and suggestions. The attention to detail in the design was second to none. (She even drove to an appliance store to double check her design with the appliances we picked out) I was worried that because I was not having them do the installation, I would not be treated the same but was I wrong. Sheryl made sure I had everything I needed and understood her entire design to make my self installation go perfect. Everyone I met, from the home visit for measurements to helping me load my truck when the cabinets came in, were nothing but professional and couldn't have been more helpful. I was worried about the price of the cabinets after we settled on a design but was pleasantly suprised when it was comparable to the cheaper stuff in the box stores and less than some other lines we looked at elsewhere. Overall couldn't be happier with Plaistow Cabinets, Shiloh, and especially Sheryl!

She made great suggestions with the design and color of our kitchen cabinets. Now that the cabinets are in our new home, we are enjoying the quality, craftsmanship, and beauty immensely.

Our designer, Cheryl Fyfe, was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. There were multiple layouts, questions, and follow ups from us. My husband and I hired Plaistow Cabinet Company for our kitchen remodel, with all new cabinets installed. Our kitchen designer Veronica Arabudski created a wonderful layout for us, including a resized island and customized wall of cabinets for my kitchen based simply on a photograph I showed her. The kitchen installation went extremely well, thanks to the installer Gary Silva, who was provided by the company. Gary did a great job. Veronica knew what I wanted, and worked very hard to give me the kitchen of my dreams. She also knew what we didn't want - no walls torn down, no new floor - so she designed a kitchen within our budget and that worked with our home's layout. We could not be more pleased with the final results!

The Plaistow Cabinet Company was a wonderful company to work with. We toured the showroom with Cheryl Fyfe, our designer. She was wonderful to work with! She also offered many suggestions to help us stay in our budget without loosing any quality. The cabinets we chose are so sturdy and great looking! Cheryl stayed in touch with us during the entire process, even though we used our own contractor. It was a pleasure working the her! I would highly recommend going here rather than some of the big box stores we looked at too!

We hired Cheryl Fyfe as our kitchen designer this winter and she was fantastic! She listened to all of our ideas, somehow managed to keep track of it all and came up with a design that we absolutely love. She gave us great money saving tips and worked with us to ensure that we were able to keep the features that were most important to us, and stay within budget. Pam at Plaistow Cabinets was amazing to work with. She helped us design a brand new kitchen and full bathroom in East Kingston, NH. She is incredibly responsive, has a great eye and a software program with the ability to show you real time what your design choices look like before you make your final decision. She is creative and a terrific problem-solver. For example, our original kitchen layout had a bathroom door opening right into our kitchen which was not only awkward for the person in the bathroom but also limited our layout to a galley style design. By simply moving the entrance to the bathroom around the corner, she not only solved both of those problems, she also enabled us to have a HUGE, open concept floor plan that opened all our sight lines to the living room and lake view, and created a more modern, inviting feel. Everything about this company I am very happy with. Working with Cheryl Fyfe made it so easy. When my cabinets were installed I noticed one was a different color. Cheryl sent 2 cabinets so the installer, Richard, could make sure everything matched. When he was done it looked like a nice piece of furniture. Plaistow Cabinet (Pam Petritis) designed an update to my 70s kitchen. The quality of product and the construction was outstanding, specifically their carpenter, Rich Hamm. Professional with a great work ethic. The only black eye on the project was a plumber they contracted who was sloppy and unprofessional (I've already reviewed this Dracut plumber separately). When I reported the issues they rectified immediately. Wonderful job, and finished in the timeframe they promised.

I worked with Pam at Plaistow Cabinet Company when I renovated my kitchen and downstairs full bath late last year. Pam was great to work with and took the time to make suggestions for changes in the existing layout of my kitchen based on her many years of experience, while also respecting my tastes and preferences. Pam and Plaistow Cabinet are a wonderful to work with. All of these cabinets had to be custom fit due to the Ceiling height, and their carpenter Chris was absolutely fabulous! Kitchen renovations are quite the experience, but all contractors involved Plaistow Cabinet, Hayes Hardwood, the electricians, and plumber worked together to ease the stress. Thanks to all and my husband who did all of the demolition and painting:)

My new house was built in 2014. Plaistow Cabinet was hired by my builder to install kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets and they installed the cabinets starting in May 2014. Mistakes with cabinets and counter sizes were made and eventually replaced. One counter was 1/4+ inch short at the wall. I fixed it by inserting grout in the space, then, painting it. Mistakes were made with doors that were eventually replaced except for ONE that I am still waiting to get to date, 6/27/2015. A sales person who worked on the design was fired over this and the manager took over. Seems like the manager forgets to contact me when something arrives at their shop though he's stopped by many times to see the problems. Then, it is lost and I wait to hear about it. Time passes with each contact made and all I did and still do is wait. The manger doesn't seem to want to answer 2 or 3 of my emails since last year as to when the rest of the mistakes will be fixed. Went to the store to talk in person about this about 2 months ago. Manager came to my house to see what still had to be done: find the door replacement that's supposed to be in the warehouse, add a base cabinet to the counter that sticks out 19" next to corner cabinet as the counter shakes when I chop food on it, reseal/recaulk the counter as that seal against the wall has separated, give me an estimate on buying all drawers (not drawers and doors) for the empty cabinet that was left as it was the wrong height for my bathroom (they did order the right size and installed it) last year after I already moved in. Have not heard a word about these things left to be done as-of today's date. The manager is nice to talk to and seems to have a good personality. But, he doesn't get the job done. I'm wondering if he forgets, needs more help or he needs to be better organized. I just want what's left to be done, completed!

On a Saturday just after the store was closed, Pam was waiting for a client. The door was still unlocked so my son and I went in. From that encounter, and the way she treated us, we knew Pam was who we wanted to work with. Pam is incredible!! She worked with my wife and I to create a wonderful kitchen with new cabinets, granite counters, and a new sink, all within a very tight budget. Pam answered EVERY call, every question (there were many), and calmed every fear. When our timeline became tight, through no fault of Pam's, she made sure things were completed, and any issues resolved. Pam went out of her way to ensure a smooth project and fabulous outcome for the kitchen remodel for our new Rental. The project came out so well, we can't wait to work with her again !!!

Complete kitchen remodel with new addition, separate laundry room and powder room. Pam was recommended by the general contractor, and was great to work with. I had an original design plan for the renovation but I worked with Pam to perfect it. One problem we encountered was the location of the refrigerator which was not in the ideal location. Pam spent a lot of time adapting the plan to come up with the best solution. She also made other adjustments to improve the original plan. She made a number of trips to the house to review the plans with the contractor and to make sure the measurements were correct. She was also available to answer questions when the cabinets were installed. Overall, Pam a great job and I would highly recommend her.

I went to a few places to price cabinets after a flood from my upstairs bath ruined my kitchen. I felt comfortable with Pam immediately. I gave her the dimensions from my contractor and she came up with a couple options for kitchen layout. I chose the one I liked and we worked together from there. There were a few things I suggested to Pam and she investigated pictures online to help me visualize them. We discussed cabinets from different companies in order to match my budget. It took some time for insurance and contractor work to be finished but Pam was patient and communicative throughout the process.
