I hired this company to install a kitchen and some built in cabinetry that when installed failed to follow the plans, poor workmanship and the finish paint on the cabinets in not at all consistent in in some planned a completely different color of white.

In September, 2010 Planning and Building, Inc was hired to manage the complete renovation of my primary residence in Wellington, FL. The project was successfully concluded 9 months later to my absolute delight. Work done included repair and refinishing of several thousand feet of existing wood flooring, repair of water damage in several exterior walls, removal of existing massive built-ins, new lighting in the master bedroom, installation of a new over-sized tub and bath hardware in the master bath, remodeling of existing marble-covered cabinetry in the master bath, new marble topped vanities and plumbing in three bathrooms, painting and wallpapering of the the entire residence, including the exterior, and conversion of a full bath to a powder room, and hidden walk-in closet. Planning and Building, Inc. executed this project in an efficient and professional manner. The project manager was onsite every day to review progress and coordinate the subcontractors. In one case, a new bathroom vanity was not built to specification. Upon noting this, Planning and Building sent the vanity back to the cabinet maker and the modification needed was quickly done without any hassle or delay of the project.

Planning and Building was fantastic. They exceeded all of our expectations for the project. With new home construction, you want to make sure you are working with people that know all about what is currently on and what is coming into the market. Oscar and his team helped me from day one to make sure I didn't leave anything out. They have a wide selection of samples in their showroom but had custom samples made for our butler's pantry to make sure it was exactly what we had envisioned. They took the time to explain all of the options for each area where there would be cabinets. Most impressive was how they put in matching cabinetry in our dining room- one was a fully functioning cabinet and the other one hides a dumb waiter seamlessly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
