Megan and her team at Proud House are AMAZING! My wood flooring company has done many jobs for Proud House, and it is always a joy! Proud House Studio provided a comprehensive, thoughtful design that starts with understanding the client's objectives, desires, and honestly and inspirationally helps them to realize those dreams. The studio allows for clients to touch and feel and see concepts and designs in a way that brings the design to life and inspires confidence in the design decisions. When I was in the studio, seeing ideas, colors, and concepts in person inspired me to think of areas in my house that were ready for change.

Megan helped us do a complete house renovation - we tore out walls, a whole new kitchen, all new flooring and windows...the works. The end result is nothing less than stunning; we've been featured in a couple of different magazines so far and we're starting to feel like celebrities. Our 1980's ranch was extremely outdated and worn out. Megan helped us find our style and suggested floor plans and finishes that we would have never envisioned on our own. And she doesn't stop there - she took us all the way to concepts for furniture, art works and small details for home furnishings. Megan and her team bring enthusiasm and energy and are a blast to work with. Highly recommended!

Megan has a gift! She came right in to our "hard to figure out" office project with a vision. She can see solutions in her head that we never thought of. And can then 3D render them to help you see her vision. It's amazing! She listened to us and our needs for our space, found us a fantastic GC and helped us stay on task. The final product is better than we expected. Cannot recommend Megan enough! She's simply the best!

DROP DEAD GORGEOUS! We bought our house when it was new, and after 18 years, it was worn out and outdated. The value for houses in our area has gone up significantly, so we wanted to ensure that any renovation was a wise investment, and that the finishes would be as high end as the property values in our neighborhood. Our project resulted in a total transformation, and our home has gone from a standard builder grade house to a gorgeous welcoming happy space. My kitchen is so beautiful that I can’t stop looking at it. The beauty of this kitchen goes far beyond aesthetics; it was designed for a cohesive workflow in the cooking process. This is a well-functioning space for cooking, clean-up, storage, dining and most important, bringing a family together. The Project: We touched every single room in the house, and Second Nature Interiors helped us make almost every single choice! Completely rebuilt the kitchen and the master bath, refinished hardwood flooring and replaced entry and kitchen tile with hardwood throughout the main floor, replaced all of the original carpets, most of the light fixtures, area rugs, toilets and bathroom faucets. We painted many of the rooms, including all the stair railings, bathroom vanities, and laundry room cabinets. Fireplace areas in the living room and master bedroom were renovated. Second Nature Interiors: Working with Megan and Korrie was an absolute pleasure. Words can’t express how talented Megan is. Megan and Second Nature Interiors saved me from myself, and taught me that high end finishes can cost just as much (or sometimes less) than low finishes. Megan understands how to make a house look high end within budget and to prioritize the projects that will bring the highest bang for the buck. There were even projects that she discouraged because they would not bring value to the house. Megan is a degreed and certified kitchen and bath designer, and her education and experience showed in the transformed space. Megan is a savvy designer, who knows which products are out there, and lower priced substitutions that are just as beautiful. She found options that I didn’t know existed, and had amazing ideas that I could not have imagined. Her fee was paid for several times over in the money we saved through design and by avoiding mistakes. Well done, Second Nature Interiors!

Second Nature worked on my business from start to finish. Megan had an empty canvas to work with and a budget. Not only did she exceed my expectations and stayed within my budget, but she also made sure it was done in a timely manner. I knew from the moment I told her my vision, that she was the designer to make my dreams come true!

We bought a house in February of 2015 that needed a total remodel. Megan lead us through the process and made it into a truly stress free event. She was great to work with, responsive and understanding. She proved to be a great resource for products and she has an intuative design sense. The house looks and lives great.

I needed help designing and planning a remodel for our kitchen, dining and living rooms. Megan was amazing! She kept me on track, made it seem easy when I got overwhelmed and was always positive when something didn't go quite right. She also thought of so many details I wouldn't have to help tie everything together to give our end result a beautiful, cohesive, homey feel.

Megan Daughtry at Second Nature Interiors is amazing. She listened to our vision, quickly understood it and was able to bring fantastic unique elements that made our 2 bathroom remodel better than we could have ever expected. She opened our eyes to new possibilities that allowed us to optimize the spaces (key for old house) such as moving walls, flipping sinks, in-wall toilets, built in shelves, stealing hall closet space for expanding shower, etc. When friends see the spaces, they are always amazed at how big they look (difficult for now 5x10 spaces) and that it looks like you are walking into a tranquil spa. Every day I am amazed at how much I still absolutely love these bathrooms! I highly recommend having a discussion with Megan and have no doubt she will exceed your expectations.

I worked with this designer on a backyard studio project. She was organized, responsive, thorough in her research, and clear in her communication. She was a valuable part of the design team and contributed significantly to a successful outcome. She understood and explained similar and related choices for the many materials and details selected. The completed project has a cohesive aesthetic that resulted in a calm organized work space.

I have worked with Megan for years. She is an accomplished designer and I trust her. I have found her to have great ideas and is an excellent source for both building materials and furnishings. Besides being so good at what she does, she has a wonderful way about her. She wears well. She is supportive of your ideas and preferences. She is able to pull all the pieces and parts of a project together in a cohesive way. She oversees the technical aspects and allows the participants to enjoy themselves during the process.
