I thought Chaya went above and beyond my expectations for a return of a backordered item that I no longer needed. Unfortunately, I did not cancel the order prior to it getting shipped, and I expected the company to take a hard stance in terms of fees since it was technically my fault. But Chaya was very sympathetic and understanding. In order to save myself return shipping, I asked if I could return the item in person, and Chaya provided very clear, easy-to-follow instructions that allowed me to easily drop the item to where it needed to go. And I received the refund. This was my first experience with Quality Bath, and I will definitely be back if I need future supplies, and I will definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much!

In January I ordered two Blanco stainless steel sink grids. They arrived in separate shipments. The first grid was fine, however, the second one was damaged in shipment. I contacted Quality Bath and was immediately assisted by Tammy. She responded to my request for a replacement and within an hour I had a notice of impending shipment. Customer Service like this is what separates out the average company from the great ones. I would definitely order from Quality Bath in the future.
