RemodelUp was fantastic. Remodels can be stressful, but working with Ling and her team made our kitchen, bath and laundry room remodel so easy. She was very professional, understood our vision for the rooms, had great design ideas and incorporated our suggestions. She set a realistic timeline for the project and she stayed on schedule by always planning a step ahead and ensuring items were ordered well in advance to avoid delays. Her subcontractors were all detail oriented, professional and arrived on time. It was a great experience and we would definitely work with her again.

Absolutely blown away! Ling Antido remodeled our kitchen and bar in our Manhattan Beach home and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. From first meeting to design to implementation, every step has been easy, predictable, stress free, fun, and ultimately, just spectacular. Every contractor that works for her is absolute the best professional and Ling’s oversight and attention to detail made the vision come to fruition. Thank you Ling, now on to the bathroom!!!

Remodel up did an off the chart job with my kitchen remodel. My designer, Ling, was easy to communicate with, she was there every morning with the workers and came back by at the end of the day. She listened to our concerns and design ideas. She always found a way to blend my husband and mines ideas. Her fun personality made this process fun. She quoted a completion time of 8 to 10 weeks. She came in at 9 1/2 weeks. I would recommend this design company to anyone who wants a quality job. Diane

Ling with RemodelUp did an absolutely fantastic job with our project. Her attention to detail and the craftsmanship of the work her team did made every cent we spent worth it. Ling prevented a catastrophe from happening because of how detailed and on-top of everything she is - Amazon delivered a sink that was half the size it was supposed to be - she caught it right away - BEFORE the fabricator cut the granite to the wrong size. The seams on all of our counter tops are almost completely invisible and the bar is definitely the wow statement we wanted it to be at our studio. Ling was patient with us through every hiccup, design change, and provided lots of great ideas to get our kitchens where they are now. A huge thank you to LIng and her team at RemodelUp!

Ling clearly understood our needs and preferences and developed the designs accordingly. She was insightful and guided us through the challenging phase of selecting tiles and fixtures to ensure that we stayed within budget while pulling together a cohesive look. During the construction phase, Ling assisted us greatly in monitoring the progress and in addressing issues with the contractors on the timely manner. K + B Decon was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ling listened to our needs, likes and dislikes and created a wonderful design for our basement remodel. It was important to us to start with a solid visual design so we we would know where we were going before the contractors began demo. K + B provided multiple renders, and welcomed our feedback. In the end, our completed basement looks almost identical to the final render. Not only are we extremely pleased, but we plan to hire K +B for future projects and will recommend them to friends!

Ms. Antido designed and supervised a complete remodel of our two-bedroom Long Beach condo from the walls out, including renovation of both bathrooms, installation of a new kitchen, and creation of a home office. Her designs were brilliant; her selections of colors and materials were perfect; and our newly-remodeled home is beautiful. K+B Decon also built and installed gorgeous new cabinetry throughout the unit. The final product is fantastic, and Ms. Antido was an absolute joy to work with. We'd give her six stars if the rating went that high.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Ling Antido of K + B Decon. The scope of the work included all cabinetry for the kitchen, a wine bar area, a guest bathroom and the laundry room. The cabinets have solid maple wood doors with natural wood interiors and concealed BLUM hinges with soft close mechanisms. The workmanship is outstanding and everything was completed and installed on time according to the schedule agreed upon. Ling was very easy to work with and made some excellent suggestions for selection and placement of cabinet hardware. She also helped with tile selection and design for the backsplash in the kitchen, at the wine bar area and in the guest bath. We highly recommend her and will certainly hire her again for any future design projects.

We hire Ling to re-design our original 1953 kitchen with the express brief that she work within the existing footprint and maintain the architectural integrity of our custom ranch home. She did an amazing job listening to our specific requirements, designing incredibly beautiful and functional new cabinets that resemble the original cabinets we took out, and she was there every step of the way during construction to make sure that the finished product was excellent. Tony from Tony's Natural Stone and Jose from Celco Construction and their respective crews were amazing as well. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and laundry area.
