Renaissance Kitchen and Home

I purchased a pendant lamp by Renaissance Kitchen and Home on the Houzz website for a preservation project of two historic homes. When my electrician was ready to install it, however, the cord, socket, and socket canopy were missing from the box. I contacted Renaissance Kitchen and Home and Torry was very helpful and promptly shipped the missing parts to me.

We hired Renaissance Kitchen and Home initially to help us renovate our kitchen and dining space. After seeing and loving their ideas and floor plans we quickly asked them to take on a whole house renovation, which included a master bath, full bath, powder room, office, mudroom, flooring, living room, family room, and 4 bedrooms. The entire process--from creating design options, through construction, and ending with decorating--was an amazing experience. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to improve their living space!

Christian from Renaissance met with me several times during the course of my kitchen renovation project. My kitchen was gutted and all new cabinetry, countertops and appliances, lights were installed. The quality of the materials is great. Christian assembled a binder of specs for the kitchen, and walked me through each step of the process when selecting everything. She selected a few options for cabinets, countertops, etc for me to choose all within budget and was keen not to go over my budget. The general contractor/crew were very courteous, respectful, and communicative on their comings and goings. The project took about 5 weeks, and progress was made each day. There was never a week long lull. One of the main reasons I chose Renaissance is for the one-stop shopping. I liked having the designer spoon-feed me the options and then coordinate the job. She set up appts with me to pick out tile, countertops but she did the legwork of finding a few options first, then having me select from a few. This made the process easy, and not overwhelming at all. I did not have to know 'details' of my vision - Christian filled in the blanks. I just need to give her a general idea of my likes and dislikes. I had a very positive experience working with Renaissance.

Renaissance did an awesome job for me! I moved into a 50 year old house with 50 year old bathrooms. They look amazing thanks to the amazing work by Torrey and Chrisian. When I am ready to update the kitchen I will be sure to reach out to them for that project as well!

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and powder room, but had no idea how to start. With so many options available and many decisions to make, I was overwhelmed. That is when I decided to hire Renaissance and they (Tory and Christian) walked me through it. They knew exactly what decisions needed to be made and helped me to pick the appropriate items. I shared with Christian what I envisioned for the kitchen and she was able to pull samples that met my ideas. They also kept an eye on my budget, and could vision how all the different elements worked together. They are very knowledgeable in their field, and always professional. They took great care when choosing the right contractor for the job. I could never have done this remodel by myself. It is finished now and looks beautiful. I am now having Christian and Tory install built in bookcases on either side of the fireplace, and looking to have the worn areas of my carpeting replaced and possibly add some hardwood. Best of all, they made the process fun. I highly recommend them.

I have written very few reviews but feel it necessary to write one here. I originally purchased a mirror on the Houzz website that turned out to be "Out of Stock". I asked them if they could suggest something similar on their website. They not only found something similar that was acceptable, they gave me the lower price on the mirror that I had ordered initially. WOW! that doesn't happen often. I was very pleased. My order arrived in the specified amount of time and they kept in contact with me.

Torey & Christian Manzo are amazing! They take time to understand your project goals and wants while keeping your budget in mind. They will work at whatever pace you want and will make you feel comfortable throughout the process. They are very creative with their ideas and have the right people at their finger tips to make things happen. They are so much more than Kitchen and Home designers.

Thank you Renaissance. You were very helpful in planning, organizing and gathering up all the ideas and supplies that were needed in redoing our bathroom into a work of art. Thank you again and we will see you again.
