He was key in reeling us in by providing sound advice and different pricing options - while letting us design and imagine and going along with us! The attention to detail, workmanship, constant communication, and complete trustworthiness would have me recommend Bob to anyone out there!! He was worth every penny and we love our basement!!

Bob was great! From design to finished project, we couldn’t be happier. We agonized over choices of tile, counter tops, paint, and vanity selection. With Bob’s help we have a finished project that we are really happy with. With minor issues that arose Bob was calm , professional, and we always came to a satisfactory resolution.

We hired him to remodel our upstairs and master baths. He provided us with a calendar at the onset of the project which specified work to be done on what days so we always knew who and what to expect. Before work began, he fully covered all traffic areas to protect our wood and carpeted floors and as work progressed, he always kept construction messes to a minimum. When subcontractors finished work, Bob was always on site, making sure everything was done to his satisfaction, and ours. Both bathrooms turned out beautifully. We love the results and almost without exception, friends and family who look at them for the first time exclaim, "Wow!" We would hire Bob again for any future remodels and we highly recommend Royston Design and Contracting.

We hired Royston design and contracting to finish our basement. Bob was a true professional throughout the process. He worked with us to design a basement that met all our needs and our vision. Bob was in constant communication with us to let us know what was going on and what to expect. Bob took care of every detail. Project was on schedule and on budget. All work done on the project was excellent. We are very pleased with our new basement and our choice to use Royston design and contracting to complete the project.

Bob was a true professional from the first time he walked through the front door. This was our first major remodel for our home and Bob made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We hired Bob to remodel our family room, 1/2 bath and master bath. He was able to make recommendations based on his professional knowledge and when I made a pretty big change with the project he was able to accommodate the changes without hesitation and rework the idea. I was pleased with the way he coordinated with all the other contractors to timely come in and install the carpet, fireplace, tile, paint, etc. to run the project smoothly. Bob was on time with the completion of the project and remained on budget. Bob was able to communicate with us effectively and professionally. I was also truly impressed and appreciative how clean he was along with his team. They cleaned up everyday and were respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend Bob for any home project and would have him complete any future projects I might have.

We were thoroughly pleased with Bob. Everything was on time, stayed on budget, and the results were fantastic. He did our master bath in September 2016 and we had him back to do another bathroom in December 2017. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

My Wife and I decided to update our 20+ year old master bathroom. Bob came in, listened to our wants and wishes, provided his input based on experience and generated a complete design proposal with visual aids. Once we came to an agreement Bob and his team made quick work of the demolition and updates while keeping our home and work space extremely clean and orderly. We hired Bob to remodel a kitchen (including moving some walls). He was great from day one. Always professional, courteous, detail oriented (maybe even more than me!) and determined to do the best job possible. His help with the design got us the kitchen (and walk in pantry) of our dreams. Both beautiful and functional and every detail is perfect. I would save pictures on Houzz in an idea folder which Bob could access and the next day they would be incorporated into our design. He was very hands on. We saw him every day. The people he brought in were equally professional and competent. With only a few minor snags and some unforeseen issues left behind by the subdivision builder (that were dealt with immediately) our project was completed on the date Bob said it would be done and with no overages or unexpected costs! In my experience this is unheard of in construction. On top of all that he's a nice guy and I look forward to working with him again on the master bath.

I called Robert Royston for an estimate to remodel my master bath. I wanted to remove the bath-tub, enlarge the shower to include a seat, and add a closet in the smaller area where the tub had been. After timely estimating the work, I decided to go with his company. The estimate included a day to day timeline of the work that would be done. Bob and his group of professionals were on site exactly when scheduled and the job was finished on time with no additional costs. Everyone who came into the house removed their shoes, and cleaned up every day. The work was excellent, my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Royston Design & contracting was not the cheapest estimate that I got, but I feel the right decision was made, and couldn't have found anyone better. Can't say enough good about our experience. Highly recommend .

I cannot speak highly enough about Bob Design + Contracting. We worked with Bob several years ago on a very extensive kitchen, dining room & laundry room remodel and were thrilled with the results. Walls were taken out, hardwood floors had to be matched and the whole space reconfigured. We love the design that Bob came up with and the project was completed professionally, timely and true to the quote. All these years later, there isn't anything I would have done differently. More recently we asked Bob to remodel our master and guest bathrooms. He listened to our wishes and proposed plans that exceeded our expectations. He was always honest about what could/couldn't be done within our budget . . . and we appreciated that. Bob's team of sub contractors are courteous, punctual & neat. We love our new bathrooms! On an aside . . . I had a repairman tell me today that it would cost as much to repair our 10 year old microwave as it would to buy a new one. I called Bob to inquire about where to purchase a new one. I got an immediate response with a name and phone number. AND and offer to have someone pick it up and install it for me! THAT is great service!!

Bob Royston has completed two remodeling projects in our home. With both projects, he listened to our wants and needs. He then created designs for our bathroom and kitchen remodels that were beautiful and highly functional. Bob and his team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters and, floor installers are respectful craftsmen who take pride in their work. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. We strongly recommend Bob for any future remodeling projects.

My husband and I chose to work with Royston Design for our kitchen remodel based on the recommendations of two of our friends who had worked with him on some major projects and were very satisfied. We felt comfortable with Bob right away and are very happy with our decision. He listened carefully to all of our ideas as well as concerns. We had a less traditional vision in mind for our kitchen and Bob worked with us until we could come up with the design we were looking for. All of his workmen were very professional and considerate and cleaned up each day. Bob was constantly on site to keep on top of things and is very hands-on.
