Alicia was a pleasure to work with. Her honesty and pragmatism helped take the stress out of our kitchen renovation. She helps with decision making, has great suggestions, and listens to her clients needs. Plus-she was sweet to my kids. We love our new kitchen.

We recently completed the remodel of our master bath and closet in addition to remodeling the guest bath to an en suite with Alicia, Tori, and Saltwater and can recommend them unreservedly. As the homeowner coming into the project with many of my own design ideas and desires, Alicia's strength in the functional planning of the spaces created a wonderful collaboration, resulting in a truly beautiful and functional space. I appreciated her design ideas and straightforward approach to what would work and what wouldn't and why. She respected my opinions and ideas and integrated them with her knowledge of the industry and experience from other projects on what would be the best for this job. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the renovation and look forward to working with Alicia and Saltwater on another project in the future.

We have just finished our kitchen remodel and we could not be any happier. Alicia made the whole process fun and interactive. She is very easy to bounce ideas around with and has the depth of experience to recommend things that will work (and gently point out things that may not work so well). We absolutely love our new kitchen and are certain that it will be functional and timeless for years to come. Alicia Schell did a great job of redesigning our very outdated kitchen and created a functional and beautiful room that we love to cook and be in. She had wonderful ideas and listened to our likes and dislikes and was very patient with us. We worked with KBR Design on the remodel of our 25 year old kitchen. Alicia took a very dated layout, added an island, relocated appliances and cabinets. We ended up with the best kitchen in all of Florida, we are not kidding. At times I walk through it and wonder if this is really my house. Could not be happier. Alicia is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We met Alicia through Can-Do Home Maintenance & Repair when she helped us select cabinets, tile and paint colors for our master bath renovation. Alicia made everything so easy for us -- it's almost as if she could read our minds! When she visited our home with sample tiles and colors, it was spot on. She really listened to our ideas and gave her advice on what would look best. We're now working with her on our guest bath and she again came up with just what we envisioned. Alicia also helped us choose the paint color for our interior walls and we're beyond happy with it. We've received many compliments and the fixer-upper we bought last year is quickly becoming our happily-ever-after home! Alicia is truly a gifted and professional designer and a real pleasure to work with.

Alicia came in and caught my vision! We went from Mediterranean to a beautiful clean farmhouse look in six months! She hooked us up with an awesome contractor and together they made something that looked very old, very beautiful! We renovated a large kitchen, three bathrooms, took out walls and totally re-worked our dining, living and family rooms. She listened to us and took a house that was y us at all, and made it something totally us and very beautiful! Her attention to detail was amazing! She never tried to push her vision but listened to everything I had to say and reflected what I was looking for in the choices she gave. I had read lots of nightmare renovations stories before we started but that was not my experience. Alicia made sure we were well prepared before the job started and stayed with us to the end. I cannot give her a higher recommendation and would certainly choose her for any future projects

Alicia is an awesome designer! She saved me when I only had a short window for access to a new home we purchased. She managed to meet us quickly and give us advise on some costly decisions. We were able to move forward with a plan before escrow closed and saved us many days in planning. The kitchen turned out perfect and was exactly what I wanted. Alicia was indispensable, detail oriented, and efficient. I would highly recommend her designs services.

Alicia Schell of KBR Designs was a joy to work with and our new kitchen turned out beautifully! Alicia is friendly, knowledgeable, and creative. She listens well and is responsive in person, by phone, and by email. We especially appreciated that we could try out different ideas using 3-D drawings on the computer. She has an excellent design eye and also measures everything precisely. She and her contractor, Allan Galliher of Can-Do Maintenance, were the perfect team. While we were in another state, they kept us updated with helpful comments and photos and our kitchen was finished right on time. We recommend her highly.

We first met Alicia Schell with KBR Designs Inc. back in May, 2017. She came into our home and gave us a vision that we never dreamed of. With Alicia and our contractor Allan Galliher of Can-Do Home Maintenance & Repair, Inc., we actually rebuilt our home within our existing house and now that it is complete, it’s hard to look back and remember what it used to look like. Alishia’s plans and Allan’s attention to detail totally changed the look and feel of our home and we couldn’t be happier. Our house is now our “retirement home” and we look forward to many years in our “new house”!
