Sandra was very helpful with our kitchen cabinets, countertops & kitchen sink options available to us. Our timing was fortunate to take advantage of the kitchen cabinets manufacturer's discount promotion. She was very responsive to our concerns and last minute changes to the cabinets configurations before building them. She even called me at our cottage asking for a decision on a possible advantageous change to the kitchen countertops before the fabricator began work. She was very efficient in scheduling the kitchen cabinets delivery and the templating and installation of the countertops. Sandra was amazing from beginning to end. My husband Steve and I hired Sandra for her expertise in a couple of projects. We needed our tack room-designed and refinished to give this room a "Boutique" feel and look for clients. Not only was everything done on time and within budget, the design and work far exceeded our expectations. Clients say they feel welcome and relaxed in this space. We also had a bathroom designed, it was a small space that I wasn't sure if anything could be done to give it a Wow! factor. I was sooo.. wrong. Both of these spaces are functional and beautiful. The bathroom looks and feels double the size and feels like my own "spa room" each day. The details in both projects were what really blew me away. It was like Sandra was doing these projects for her own home. The details really took the stress off from having to find those perfect accessories. We spend so much more time in the tack room which we have now re-named the "Heart Centre" which is perfect for our equine partners. She really listens to what your needs are and asked the questions to ensure it met with our taste and vision. Her input along the way was invaluable. In a time when customer service often is not the forefront of business, Sandra goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. She has a keen eye for design. Her dedication and commitment is both authentic and trustworthy. Both these projects were zero stress. A first for Steve and I. I would recommend and already have to my friends. We purchased our home in 2013 and the only thing we didn't like about it was the kitchen. We knew we would have to redo it eventually. In 2015 we decided it was time. We visited a few kitchen design and supply places, and when we met Sandra and spoke with her we knew immediately she was the one. Sandra guided us through the planning, designing, purchasing, construction and installation, something we initially thought we could do ourselves. But soon discovered that it was way beyond our ability. Besides being capable, Sandra was also charming and friendly. While all the work was being planned, she answered all our questions, pointed out some alternatives, and made many suggestions. The contractors she recommended were excellent, professional, accommodating and friendly. Once the installation began, Sandra made a couple of visits to see how it was progressing. Where minor problems occured, she was right there to get them resolved. When the job was finished, we were extremely happy with our new kitchen. We would recommend Sandra to anyone who needs a kitchen design specialist.

We had the privilege to have met Sandra Howie when we first moved to Port Perry in the fall of 2014. The purchase of our home needed lmore work than we could of ever fathomed. Sandra's professional experience, positive energy and compassion took us from an anxious state to a vision well above our expectations . Our kitchen renovation project was well organized, numerous options provided, quality materials and appliances presented were well within our budget range. As a result of the on going communication,cooperation amongst Sandra, contractors, and us, the home owners, reasonable deadlines were established and met satisfying all parties involved. Sandra had on going rapport with the contractors she hired for our project and made it a point to check in on a regular basis to assess the progress. The contractor was always on time, very attentive to detail and cleanup. When it was all said and done my wife and I were elated with the outcome of our project and extremely pleased with the thought effort provided by Sandra and her crew. It was an absolute pleasure working with Sandra at the Rona Store in Port Perry. She 100% knows her kitchens and was right about everything she suggested. She was also very patient when explaining to me why I would or would not want to include or exclude something to do with our new kitchen. I went to two other Box stores. The first one just wasted my time with an inexperienced designer and the second didn't even have time to help me build a Kitchen.
