Shannon Raposa turned a sad kitchen into a modern, bright, and great space in which to work and spend time with friends & family. My husband and I LOVE being in our kitchen now. Shannon was a pleasure to work with during the renovation of my condo. Her expertise as a kitchen designer assisted my interior designer and me in the design of my custom kitchen, master bathroom and second bathroom. When I went to Shannon all I had was rough dimensions and a rough idea of what I wanted. She created a kitchen that was extremely functional and added many features that I hadn't considered. She gave me a 3D drawing within 24 hours and consistently followed up with me throughout a very delayed build. Best of all I took her design to 2 other cabinet makers and she came in 20% cheaper. I love my kitchen.

My husband and I started the kitchen renovation in the fall of 2015. We started with 3 different designers. Shannon was available as a service of Riverhead Building Supplies, Shannon continued to move to the top of the list of designers with her prompt and thorough feedback. Her cabinet measurements and drawings were accurate ensuring both we & the renovation contractor were able to purchase and install windows, exhaust systems and doors to plann. She listened to our desires and complimented them with her skill and Riverhead's product lines and third party suppliers. In the end the cabinet quality, surface finish and features have proven very pleasing and practical. Her insistence on symmetry and balance allowed function without sacrificing esthetics. We find the kitchen is all we had hoped for.

We worked with Shannon at Riverhead Building Supply on a kitchen remodel project. We had looked at other cabinetry options and determined the quality and support from Riverhead Building Supply was the right direction for us. Shannon reviewed our preliminary 3D Plan and completed onsite measurements. She corrected errors, made suggestions for better utilization and loaded into their software. Shannon has a real eye for design and color schemes. She worked with us on door design & hardware selection as well as countertop color/brand options. Shannon was always very prompt with responses and follow-up. She kept us informed throughout our ordering process. She was also onsite for cabinet delivery and made multiple trips during the planning phase. When a problem arose, she worked to find the best solution to make sure we were satisfied.
