Signature Kitchen & Bath

Our initial experience with Signature Kitchen and Bath was positive, particularly during the design and build-out phases of our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, after project completion, a leak developed in the shower due to poor workmanship, causing extensive water damage to the carpet in an adjacent area of our home. While Signature did address and repair the leak itself, they declined to compensate us for the resulting damage, leaving us with nearly $3,000 in repair costs. Given their refusal to reimburse these expenses caused by their error, we regretfully cannot recommend Signature Kitchen and Bath as a company that stands by their work fairly.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Specifically I worked with Linda who was conscious of keeping my overall costs down but unwilling to sacrifice quality in the project. I would definitely use them for my next project.

Dominique did a fabulous job designing my kitchen remodel and helping puck all of the materials - the whole kitchen was gutted/rebuilt to include an upstairs laundry. A fabulous job by everyone and thebkitchen is stunning and every inch is functional. I will hire them again for bathroom remodels.

Four years ago (2018) I had Signature Kitchen and Baths complete the renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen countertop. So a pretty significant project with an equally significant price tag. Only four years in my master bath shower is now leaking. I think it is reasonable for a shower that has only been in place for four years, not to leak. Especially since the shower that was there previously, for decades, never leaked. I called Signature Kitchen and Bath to explain the situation. The receptionist took a message and said someone would call me back. Of course, they didn’t, so I called again the next day, and the receptionist took a message and said someone would call me back. The Marketing Manager called me back explained the person with whom I needed to speak was on vacation, but she would be sure to provide my contact information so he could call me back. That was March 2022, and it is now July 2022. I still don’t have a call back. I was told by the Marketing Manager that standard industry practice is a one year warranty on the project which is convenient since the leak was discovered to be caused by not grouting the design element in the shower. Meaning…the worker didn’t put ANY grout in the tile to prevent water from getting BEHIND the tile and causing a leak. Guess what…when you have a shower leak, the only way to fix it is to get a whole new shower done. So, yes, I had to pay thousands of dollars to get the shower redone ONLY 4 years later. The industry standard may be only a one year warranty, but there are places and people who will stand behind their work regardless of legal terms. Unfortunately, Signature Kitchen and Bath is not one of those high quality, integrity driven places.

I am disappointed to have to write this but we have been very disappointed with the customer service and follow up in regards to problems we are having with the soft close mechanisms on our drawers. We loved our cabinets, the design and installation process Very professional and good workmanship. But as we realized the drawers were not functioning properly a service call was made. We thought that had solved the problem but when it did not we haven’t gotten anybody at Signature to return our calls. We are just not satisfied with the results.

We loved working with Courtney Collins! She was professional, eager to help, and always got back to us quickly. She considered all of our design preferences and found us the perfect tile to add an accent to our kitchen! Thanks Courtney!

I am a repeat customer and have recommended Signature to friends and neighbors. The designer and project lead were highly skilled, creative, and patient professionals. Every aspect of my project was completed to the highest standards and with beautiful results. Moreover, the project was done within agreed upon cost and schedule parameters.

We were pleased with the work done by the professional staff. The project manager (Stan) always kept us informed about what was going to happen as the job progressed, and showed up with his crew on time. The crew was professional and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. Heather was very patient & helpful while we picked out designs and colors for our new kitchen, and she transferred everything onto a readable drawing on her office computer. I visited this store based on a trusted friends recommendation, Signature has completed two kitchen remodels for his sisters. The quality of construction was very good, however both had customer service issues. We decided to give them a shot. My wife and I both took two separate days off work to visit the showroom and finish the design process. It has been one month since our last meeting. I have called on multiple occasions for a return call by our designer Steve. It’s been a week and no return call. If this is how I will be treated before I sign a contract and put money on the project. How will I or you be treated after contracting with them. I am moving on ... I guess my $60k isn’t good enough.

We recently hired Signature Kitchen and Bath for our complete kitchen remodel. Heather McMahon was our designer, and she was amazing! She walked us through the entire design process up front and was incredibly patient with our questions. Heather helped us through every step of the design process and added really valuable suggestions to make our kitchen beautiful and functional for our needs. Also, Heather was conscious of our budget and made sure that all design suggestions were within our price range. Doug was the contractor that we worked with through the construction phase and he was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend using Signature Kitchen and Bath and will be using them again for future remodel projects.

I walked into Signaure needing assistance with my bathroom remodel and was so grateful I met Dina. She listened and guided me through the entire process. She was very professional, has an amazing design eye and really knows her stuff! I would highly recommend Dina and Signature.

I couldn't be happier with the beautiful job that Signature KB did in remodeling my kitchen and two bathrooms. Linda did a superb job at helping me design and visualize my project, sending me to great places, coming up with suggestion after suggestion when I was unsure of my options. Their choices for cabinets, hardware, faucets, countertop materials and the like were endless and I was very happy with where Linda sent me to pick out my appliances and granite. The contractor with which Linda worked, Thacker Construction, was very good, and very timely once the counter tops were ready to be installed. The reason for 4 stars as opposed to all 5 is that I had no idea that touch-up painting was not included. There were a lot of places where the wall that was newly exposed or created was either bare or had previous wall color/coverings, and I did not realize that the job was considered "completed" without the considerable amount of painting that needed to be done. I did suggest to Linda that that fact be shared with the client early on, so that no one is taken by surprise and left to their own devises! Other than that, I am entirely pleased and love living in and showing off my newly remodeled rooms!

Linda at Signature has been amazing. We are in the process of redoing our kitchen and she has been wonderful in helping select products, give information on the products, and with all aspects of the kitchen remodel. She has helped me make decisions that I find difficult to make.

Signature Kitchen and Bath was a key supplier during a master bathroom upgrade. The representative we dealt with was extraordinarily professional -- knowledgable of his product lines and of competing options and able to convert our desires into firm design requirements, specification, and product selection. Finally, he developed costs and schedules which were faithfully implemented. A specific example dealt with selection of a bathtub with particular functions and characteristics. After a frustrating search (with other persons) the Signature rep provided an excellent product solution. Signature had excellent displays of both the cabinetry, the bath tub, and other related bathroom hardware. All products were delivered on time and to inventory. The Signature rep made himself available during the project to provide timely consultation. Highly recommend John Kay for his knowledge and professionalism.

I liked my bathroom before. Now I LOVE my bathroom. Scott helped create a masterpiece! It is a real showcase that took advantage of every space. It is beautiful and I would recommend him to anyone!!

They are very creative, and pay close attention to details. They have years of experience, and that helps provide a smooth project. They are courteous, friendly, and easy to work with. I am extremely satisfied with my kitchen remodel by Signature. My sales consultant was able to guide me in the design phase, and provide great advice for making my vision come true. He was very patient, and spent time with my husband and I during multiple appointments to assure we were confident in our selections. My biggest fear was the remodel time, however, our installer was very dependable, did quality work and communicated with me every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Signature if you are considering a kitchen or bath remodel.

I worked with Jon Kay at Signature K&B's store on Manchester. I completely gutted and expanded my kitchen and built a large bar area (seating 12) in my lower level. Jon made the design process uncomplicated and straight forward. He listened to my ideas and lent some of his own. We worked well together. When the cabinets arrived the were all correct and fit perfectly. Both final projects look amazing!! I'm thrilled. I would recommend Jon and Signature K&B to anyone. Great job!

Signature Kitchen and Bath has provided me with a very high class, knowledgeable designer who introduced me to Merill at Cabinetry, Liberty hardware, porcelain Floirida tile, dramatic backsplash from Sonoma Tilemaker and ALyse Edwards accent tiles, while keeping the entire project "within budget".
