My husband and I have been working with Komal for a few years now on various projects. We began working with her on a remodel then continued to work with her when we decided to move into a new home. Komal is extremely professional and detail oriented… a perfectionist in the best way possible! She helped guide us with thoughtful insight and feedback every step of the way. She is well connected with various contractors and vendors and has an excellent understanding of the local real estate market. Komal is the epitome of a real estate professional and I can’t recommend her enough!

Komal did an outstanding job selling our house. One of her biggest strengths is her her networking skills. She seems to know or have worked with most people in the real estate market. Thanks to her networking, we had 10 families interested in our house before it hit the market. In addition to real estate, she is also an interior designer. This skill set was a major bonus while preparing our house for the market. She gave us a consult on what was important to improve before market for max dollar, hired and managed the contractors and spent hours staging our house to add the most value. Our house had never looked so immaculate thanks to her. When deciding on a list price, it always seemed like a discussion, we never felt pressured to pick a certain list price and she let us make the final decision. Once on market, it was Komal, not another agent, that showed up to our our open houses, opened the house up for private showings and turned the lights off at night after showings. We had 4 legitimate offers, our house was under contract in 1 weekend and way over what we expected! Now we have sold a house with Komal, bought a house with Komal and hired Komal for interior design projects. She is so creative, thoughtful and has excellent business acumen! A person with this many talents is hard to find. We highly recommend Komal for buying, selling and interior design!

I hired Komal and her Spaces Designed team to assist in the gut renovation of my condominium, which included three bathrooms and the kitchen, but touched upon every room in the apartment. My objective was to create an environment more conducive to my tastes, unique from the other units in my building, and as well, to upgrade the fixtures and finishes. When I first met Komal, I was drawn to her excitement about the potential for the space and her 'out of the box' thinking. She used the early stages of the design process to zero in on my tastes by sending me a broad spectrum of pictures and ideas, allowing me to react and help her quickly understand my style and preferences. From there we zeroed in on the design elements for every room. While Komal operates as a consultative partner, she has a direct and honest approach and doesn't equivocate if she believes something is moving in the wrong direction. And she doesn't miss any detail, even the most minute. Komal helped me identify a contractor, and participated in the entire construction phase to ensure all details of the design were correctly executed and that both her and my exacting standards were met. The final product met all my objectives and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the design elements and the aesthetic choices she made for my home. I strongly recommend Komal for your small or large projects.

I have worked with Komal Sheth of Spaces Designed for several years now and have enjoyed my experience with her very much. She has helped me through several projects, updating our house and transforming it into a home in which we love to live and entertain. Thoughtful, resourceful and creative, Komal listens closely to her clients and develops a plan that reflects their individual style preferences. She keeps her vendors and contractors on their toes while maintaining a pleasant work environment throughout the project. This woman is a real pro and while I wish the best for her, I do hesitate to think that good reviews might make her too popular! Alas, you can’t keep a talent like this under cover. She simply must shine.

12/28/2019 Komal Sheth offers a personal design service second to none. Her unique eye for tasteful and elegant modern design is amazing! She makes the entire journey fun as well as educational particularly for those overwhelmed by endless choices. Her calm and patient approach was so appreciated in this master bedroom project. Cannot recommend her highly enough! A wonderful experience.

I am doing a total bathroom remodel. I had spoken with Komal by phone, but before we could get together, I signed a contract for my shower and floor. When we spoke again, I thought she would say she was no longer interested in helping me, as she had said she likes to do the total job. To my surprise and delight, she offered to come by for an hour consultation to help me with the rest of the design. She was incredibly helpful with my problem areas, colors, counter/ cabinet design, and lighting. I now feel as though I have good direction and that my bathroom will be all pulled together when I am finished. I am delighted.

Komal decorated our condo in downtown Austin and we could not be happier!. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable. We get compliments from every one who visits. I especially liked that she was willing to use furnishings and accessories from across the price spectrum. She was very easy to work with, offering multiple options to choose from. I will definitely have her help us again!

Komal and her team at Spaces Designed are amazing! Komal does a great job of understanding your project needs, but also your family/individual needs. What we loved most about Komal is that she is personable and doesn’t give off a salesy vibe, so you feel at ease from the start. She is also very meticulous about design options and proposes selections that are unique, fit your style, but reasonably priced. Kara, one of the designers, is also wonderful to work with and compliments Komal's team well with her own sense of style. We are a family with young kids, but wanted our house to look and feel modern, minus the price tag. Spaced Designed, did just that and we couldn’t be happier. They were conscious of our budget and made sure we were comfortable with our selections, even providing second options if needed. We get so many compliments on our house and really appreciate how everything came together. We especially love the artwork she found for our house – it’s absolutely stunning. My only piece of advice for anyone is to trust her team – they will pull together a concept you will love.

We have been working with Spaces Designed for about two and a half years on our whole house remodel and addition; they designed all our interior spaces. Komal is a pleasure to work with. She is a talented, extremely knowledgeable designer. She has a keen eye and outstanding design sense. She is very good at identifying what a room needs to feel “right” (well-composed, balanced, interesting, etc.), to be functional, and to be “current.” We love the spaces Komal helped us create, and we have received numerous compliments on selections she introduced to us (for example, tile, countertops, light fixtures, furniture). She is easy to get along with and we have shared lots of laughs. She was patient, supportive, and steady during the ups and downs of our project. She also helped us make decisions and find solutions when, as inevitably happens, my husband and I were torn about a selection or had different opinions. It was important to us that our designer be able to do this. Kara also worked on our project quite a bit, and we are very appreciative of all the options she found for us and her valuable perspective and input. Making selections for our home was more fun, less overwhelming, and yielded great results because we worked with Spaces Designed.

I love working with Komal, love her fresh ideas,and her customer focus. She helped with a complete remodel of the ground level in our house, and she's currently helping us with our master bath upgrade.

We had an unexpected remodel due to flood damage in our house last year. Komal did a very professional and expert job in fixing the damaged areas as well modernising several other rooms that were due for an upgrade. We are very pleased with the results and would use her again for future projects.
