Aurora is a pleasure to work with. She has an eye for design and truly makes every space come to life with style and insight. She is professional and timely and works hard to achieve the clients desires. In the future, I will only work with Aurora at Studio Fain. We had such a wonderful, fun experience remodeling and outfitting our home with Aurora.

Thanks to Aurora Fain I now have the kitchen of my dreams. Everything in the kitchen is custom with top of the line appliances. Aurora is very innovative and thinks out of the box. She is not afraid to move windows, walls and doors! She extended the cathedral ceiling from the den all the way across the kitchen making it look bigger and airier. In the utility room off the kitchen, she moved the washer and dryer to the bedroom area, and the water heater is now a tankless one in the attic. So the utility room is now incorporated into the kitchen making it even larger. The construction crew she works with consists of consumate craftsmen who are the best at their professions - plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, framers, bricklayers, etc. Not only that, but they are very mannerly and pleasant to work with, and will change something if you would like. Construction went as planned, and the finish deadline was ahead of schedule. Everyone who has seen the new kitchen is in awe and agrees that it is the most beautiful one they have ever seen. I can highly recommend Aurora Fain Design. You will not be disappointed.

We hired Aurora Fain for design and management of a much needed kitchen remodel and whole downstairs flooring. We had come from a very bad experience with a previous contractor and I was hoping for a break, for someone that would be trustworthy and that could understand our needs and make us love our house again. I knew I had found the right person on our first meeting, as she came to see the house and made some suggestions, which were exactly what I always had in mind and wanted for the kitchen! Aurora is a joy to work with, she dedicated time to listen, helping choosing tiles, materials and suggesting designing alternatives that were beautiful and effective. The initial part of the demo, I had to spend sometime abroad, and she kept me updated with the progress, sending pictures and keeping the communication going. Everything went well and within schedule, and we could see exactly were the money was going, which was very important to us. The contractors were always very respectful and they did an excellent job, the craftsmanship of the woodwork on the cabinets, the flooring, the painting, we got the best! We are beyond happy with the results and how our house got transformed by Aurora’s talent. We highly recommend Aurora Fain Design, she made our house shine again!

We hired this company to remodel our house after Hurricane Harvey. They did a fantastic job ! They were professional, caring, and truly dedicated. We have never written a review before , but felt compelled to share the absolutely incredible experience that we had! You would be lucky to have them ! If we could give them higher than a 5 star rating, we would !!!!

Aurora has acted on designer for a total of 5 of our projects to date that have ranged from $200,000 - $650,000 construction scopes. She has continually performed and aided to make for a smooth, successful project. Highly recommend her services.

Aurora drew up great floor plans for our home remodel and addition! She was so easy and fun to work with. She really listened to what we needed and wanted and came up with two great floor plans for us! Once we settled on a plan that worked, she helped us tweak the plans until they were exactly what we need! We can’t wait to see the final product once construction gets started!

We really enjoyed working with Aurora on our master bath project. We hired Aurora for design and actual project management, which meant that she managed contractors for us. They did a great job - completed the project in a short timeframe (although not quite as quickly as was originally promised in sales process). Our bathroom went from being one of our least favorite parts of the house to one of our favorites! Our budget crept up a little during the project, but we were actively involved with each decision, and we could then make an informed decision about what we wanted to do and how carefully we wanted to stay in line with our original budget.

Aurora Fain was instrumental in getting our home back together after Hurricane Harvey. I felt she always came to the table with fresh ideas and joined us in meetings with our contractor and suppliers. Aurora helped us choose tile, flooring, cabinets, and paint color. I went from feeling overwhelmed with the task of rebuilding/redesigning my home, to feeling at ease with the whole process. Our budget was always considered and Aurora had a talent for finding an awesome look within that budget. Aurora made herself very available to us. My calls were returned within 10 minutes and she arrived promptly to every meeting. I soon understood why our contractor recommended Aurora to us. She is a true professional and very pleasant to work with.

Aurora was immediately in tune with what our needs were for our bathroom remodel. Because I am handicapped I required some adaptations to the room, and my husband had requirements for his use. She was able to satisfy both, and had suggestions for changes that we had not anticipated. She kept our budget in mind while at the same time understanding and respecting our wishes. Her cheerful, sparkly, down to earth personality was a plus. We are delighted with the outcome. Her work crews were professional and polite and left our home clean at the end of each work day.

We remodeled our downstairs due to flooding and I had a really difficult time picking tile. Aurora is easy to work with and picking great selections comes easy for her. She choose tile for the floor, kitchen backsplash and fireplace surround. She also helped with choosing granite and paint colors and had great ideas for making changes for our kitchen cabinets. The prices are also good - Affordable for someone who can't spend a fortune but really needs help.
