We worked with Susan on a full kitchen and four (4) bathroom renovation in 2020-2021. Susan did an outstanding job of helping lay out our renovations and helping us pick the best quality items. When we first starting working with Susan, and after having the kitchen measured, we counted on her insight and kitchen design knowledge to help us navigate this major process of designing "our dream kitchen". Susan's recommendations and guidance made the process effortless and fun! Throughout the install process, Susan stayed in contact with us and kept us up to date. No kitchen design is going to be a smooth process, when we encountered issued (from manufacturer) Susan was quick to address the problem and got it resolved. Susan did a great job of designing our dream kitchen. She was creative and patient as we worked with her to create the final design. We did the installation ourselves and Susan kept us updated on shipment status and helped us with a couple minor delivery glitches.
