Your friends at the Tague Design Showroom
I am truly sorry we did not meet your expectations. Tague prides itself on customer service and quality products, so if we let you down we sincerely apologize. I will look into this situation and see how we could have improved your experience. You have our promise we will work to do better in the future.
The Tague Design Showroom Team
I have had an opportunity to investigate your situation; according to our notes here is what transpired regarding your order. While Tague did submit two quotes to your contractor for your project (the first quote was a budget number based only on an approximate size and the second quote was based on the actual specs) we never received approval from anyone to order the custom red door you mentioned. The manufacturer reached out to Tague in response to your query on 12/16/16 regarding order status and, in turn, we reached out to your contractor. As of today, we still have not been given the approval to place the order, nor have we received the rather substantial deposit check you mentioned. I sincerely apologize for the confusion. As I said before, we pride ourself on customer service and I would be saddened to think we dropped the ball on your order. If you have any other concerns over this matter please reach out to TJ Vanleer, our VP of Sales. Please call our 800-66-TAGUE number and ask for TJ by name. He will be happy to discuss this situation with you personally. After speaking to TJ, I hope your faith is restored in Tague Lumber once again.
your friends at Tague Lumber
First, let me apologize on behalf of Tague Lumber. We pride ourselves on quality customer service so it is deeply disturbing when one of our valued customers is unhappy. I am not familiar with what transpired with your order, nor do I know the GC you were dealing with, but if you feel Tague Lumber has let you down, then we need to do better. I assure you I will investigate this fully once we are back from the Holiday break and I will have the location manager reach out to you as well. Again, I apologize on behalf of Tague Lumber and hope we can resolve the issue quickly.
