We feel very fortunate to have worked with Tania Quintero Design on our recent kitchen/home remodel. Tania worked with us in nearly all facets of this project and throughout her work was outstanding. Although relatively small in size, the project involved significant structural work and Tania connected us with an excellent architect who created top-notch plans that served as the basis for obtaining our building permit in a timely fashion. Tania’s referral of a contractor was also a home run as they did high-quality work and brought a strong professional work ethic to all of their efforts. In addition to this project management type support, Tania really helped us think through and design in a very creative way all aspects of the remodel. Tania has an excellent design eye for all things large and small and we came to rely on her judgement and recommendations. The result is a transformed home that we are extremely happy with. Last but not least, Tania brings a lot of enthusiasm and positive energy to her work, which is contagious and helps keep the finish line in sight. Tania provided excellent design services for our recent kitchen remodel and overall home update. Her vast knowledge of kitchen components, including layout, functionality, finishes, appliances, and special details, was exactly what we needed to make our vision a reality. Tania’s attention to detail with cabinet design and drawings, along with a willingness to answer many, many questions, resulted in a perfectly designed kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated working with Tania to update our kitchen! Tania was a thoughtful listener and took cues from other parts of our home to understand our personal style and our desires for our kitchen. She understood that we wanted a more modern kitchen and wanted to make bold design choices and also wanted our kitchen design to flow with the other spaces of our open floor plan. Prior to working with Tania, I had been concerned that the process of narrowing the endless possible options and combinations of materials and finishes would be overwhelming. However, Tania brought us suggestions and options, which made the process easy, enjoyable, and fun. She had great suggestions to improve the layout of our kitchen; she incorporated the elements of the redesign that we had already decided upon; and helped us make the design choices that were right for us. Tania also had a strong contractor and supplier network that we benefitted from. We will most definitely seek Tania's assistance again when we're ready to tackle an update to our bathrooms!

We decided early in 2020 that we were ready to refresh our entire house and while we knew that we wanted to add a bathroom to a bedroom, we weren't sure how else to modernize our home. We scoured reviews and websites and found Tania. Tania held our hand through the entire process by providing suggestions on updating our house in ways that we hadn't even contemplated, helping us estimate costs, designing a new bathroom, recommending a trusted contractor, providing paint colors for our entire house and helping us pick tile/lighting/cabinet/door finishes. We appreciated her insight and advice, particularly when it came to finishes and colors. Throughout the process, she communicated our needs and desires with our contractor to ensure a seamless and stress-free process for us. We have no regrets and absolutely love the new bathroom and our updated home. Tania is a gem and we're looking forward to working with her again on our next project.

Working with Tania is an absolute pleasure! I highly recommend her. I came to her with a flurry of design ideas, and she pulled them all together to create the most elegant, timeless, and welcoming foyer and living space. She listens, asks questions, and is sensitive to timing and budget constraints. Her approachable personality and confidence made a daunting project feel fun! She sourced lighting, tiles, carpet, paint, etc. from great resources, and her strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors is evident when working with them. I am pretty picky about design and keep an eye on the details, and Tania executes at a white-glove level. I keep a running list of projects for Tania to design! Thank you for everything!

Remodeling can be very stressful. Decisions, budgets, and untethered ideas can take up an inordinate amount of time. This is when our superhero, Tania, comes in. Tania is an active listener, good humored, and patient. She has excellent relationships with her subcontractors, is timely and budget conscious. Tania is able to work with a variety of tastes from traditional and classic to unique, quirky and colorful. When I went to far out on a “design” limb, Tania gently guided me back to an overall design plan that did not squash my ideas. She also emboldened me to have confidence in some of my more unique choices that were skillfully guided by her expertise in design. If I was unsure of a direction or design Tania introduced several choices and options for me to choose from. I appreciated Tania’s warmth and professionalism and would not hesitate to use her again in future projects.

We worked with Tania on a complete remodel of three bathrooms and a kitchen. She proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, an excellent listener, and very creative with space planning. On top of it all, Tania has incredible taste and is relentless in ensuring the final outcome exceeds expectations. She will listen to what you want and deliver something in the end that is above and beyond what you ever envisioned. Looking back I can’t imagine taking on this project without her.

I would highly recommend Tania for your design needs! She took time to get to know us and our preferences/style. She asked several pertinent questions, which was great since we were very indecisive about what we wanted, and made great recommendations which were spot on. She is very easy to work with and super friendly. It is obvious that Tania is passionate about her work and loves what she does. We trusted her wholeheartedly with our design needs and are so glad that we did! Tania definitely went above and beyond for us!

I hired Tania to design two bathrooms. She did an excellent job. The end result reflected her skills and choices. In 2014 I hired Tania to design a kitchen and bathroom. She did an excellent job in those choices as well.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel, including electrical, windows, cabinetry, plumbing and flooring (refinish) in about 6 weeks. Throughout the process, we worked with Tania as our designer on the planning and found she has great taste to help us achieve the perfect blend of modern, yet traditional design for our 1980s home. We trusted her opinions and she did not steer us wrong. She worked to help customize our cabinets and find unique solutions to our space throughout and did a great job coordinating with the contractors. We did run into some issues with one of the subcontractors that was used for the floor refinish, but fortunately Tania was there to find a quick solution and deal with him when problems came up. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the end result of our kitchen and would highly recommend Tania's work.

Tania has worked on many projects for my family and I. From commercial projects to spec homes that we've built to our own homes, she's always very professional and detailed. The most memorable project was the home my wife and I built. We wanted to change our "go to" colors that we've used for many years. I can tell you this can be very difficult because you just don't trust yourself to make the decisions that need to be made. Tania was with us every step of the way and inspired confidence in the change which in turn removed any doubts we were having. In addition, she was able to find a compromise between my wife and I when we had a difference of opinion. In the end, we were very happy with the new direction she walked us in and may have saved thousands in family counseling fees along the way.

We remodeled our kitchen and family room. Tania was great to work with on our project. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She understood our style and provided great recommendations and tips on design and layout as well as different options to help keep us on budget while still maintaining the quality and look we desired. Tania was very responsive to questions and concerns throughout the process and even after the job was complete when I needed to order more flooring material to match with the rest of the house. The products she represents and offers are of great quality and and 1.5 years down the road, we have not had any issues.
