-incompetent -ne prend pas les bonnes mesures et doit faire plein d ajustements -des délais à en plus finir avec des excuses bidons (du genre mon chien est mort et on a pas pu livrer le projet à temps). -matériaux tape a l oeil mais ultra cheap: mécanismes qui se brise rapidement, peinture/vernis qui décolle et s écaille après quelques mois! -ne s excuse pas des délais et blâme les clients -mauvaise organisation: une semaine après notre livraison de cuisine après plusieurs délais, atelier Jacob s est présenté ama notre domicile avec une 2eme livraison pour la même cuisine!

I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are about to start a renovation project. We hired Atelier Jacob to produce and install our kitchen cabinets and countertops. A week before the installation date we were advised that they forgot to order our countertops. The installation was planned for Nov 24 / 25/ 26 (3 days). They were not able to complete the job in the 3 days as planned and we had to delay the rest of our project to accommodate them. The first round of installations took 3 weeks with them here almost every day for the first two weeks and then occasionally for the next week. They could not finish the installation before Christmas. When they returned after the holidays the visited several times in January, and then more in February, and then again in March they scheduled with us to finally complete the installation. Unfortunately they were not able to complete the job in March because they didn't even have all the parts that they were supposed to have, not to mention they showed up 4 hours late to the scheduled time. They never clean up after they are done for the day, leaving us to clean up their mess. They have no respect for your personal time showing up late often. They cut wood next to my car leaving it covered in saw dust, when they could have just asked me to move my vehicle. They sent the technical director to asses the situation last week and when I asked him if it was normal to have this many issues.. cabinets starting to discolour / shelves starting to bow in the middle / handled being loose / cabinet doors starting to warp ... the problems are endless... he said that we just have bad luck. I don't think luck has anything to do with this. They sold us a sub par quality kitchen. When I told them one of our cabinets was full of holes inside they told me to cover the holes up with a shelf to fix the problem rather than replace the cabinet. We are expected to just deal with all their mistakes. $40,000 kitchen cabinets with holes is considered acceptable to them, well sorry but not too me. I don't even know when they will finish our project. Most of the cabinet doors need to be re-ordered due to defects and we were told at least 3 months should be expected for them to arrive. So that puts us at more than one year since we gave them our deposit until they finish the job... but honestly I think we are going to continue to have constant quality problems and I don't think we will ever have the kitchen we were told they would make for us. What ever you do... please take it from me, do not hire Atelier Jacob to do your project. I am sure there are SO many other problems I have not mentioned in this review. It's been an absolute nightmare!

They have already done our main kitchen on the main floor and did a fantastic job, on time and great staff, We again called them in Nov 2016 for the base ment bar and kitchen concept And again from beginning to end was just a great experience, on time, great installation and curtious. After looking at various kitchen design companies, we finally chose Tendances Concept. Their designer Julie Laliberté, listened to our needs and created an original design that met our criteria for a complete transformation, which would remain timeless, and would meet all of our functional requirements.

The designer Nathalie Charette , listened to our needs and maximised the space we have. We now have more counters , more storage space and the kitchen still seems bigger and With more light . The work was done efficiently , fast and within the expected time.

Great service! Inventive, fonctionnal and beautiful ideas. They took the time, were comprehensive about my needs and were not too pushy. They have a great showroom, know how to decorate with taste and are qualified. Really loved the experience and would recommand the place for others.

Small kitchen but congratulations for the good work .. and good ideas Steeve .. I have a full wall of cabinets and an island ... we are really very happy. THANK YOU THANK YOU

I found the company on Houzz. From my first visit to the installation, I am completely satisfied, all the staff is nice and maid me feel important and understood my vision for a new kitchen. I worked with a designer and together we create my dream kitchen they are manufacturer so I could plan exactly what I want. From the receptionist to the designer and the installation, everything was a super experience. CONGRATULATIONS to Tendances Concept and MERCI ! To Houzz. Susie
