About Us

Megan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design from the Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg. She has also received the certification of Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer awarded by the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA). She is an accomplished kitchen and bath designer with experience in both the new home and remodeling markets. "My favorite part of design is the incredible amount of detail and creative ability. I work hard to take my client's ideas and expectations into both a functional and unique addition to their home."

When our last child left for college we decided on a house renovation to cope with our empty nest syndrome. We were so fortunate to have a hometown professional take our ideas in conjunction with hers and make this process complete in a timely and affordable fashion. Megan always made the time to come to our home and guide us in the right direction.We are looking forward to working with her in our ongoing projects.

She helped me to transform my family's farmhouse into a magnificent home with a gourmet kitchen with stylish bathrooms that fit so well within the period with which the house was originally designed. Commented: Would larger tile laid diagonally make a 5 x 6 bathroom seem bigger?My rule of thumb is that as long as you can see 2 full tiles in the room without being cut off then the larger tile is fine. I do think that it makes a room look larger.
